New Balance DFW

Came here to get my husband's feet scanned to see what shoes would be best for him. Thankfully all of the staff was really good to us and helped my husband find a couple pairs of shoes that for him well with his foot problems. Found some ankle socks for myself to get. Love the layout/vibe of the store.

I was turned on to New Balance shoes by my doctors. This is the place to go for sports shoes especially if you have a tough time finding the correct fit. I have a high instep which forces me into a wide shoe. They offer shoes from narrow to four E. The staff are very well trained and the stock is always good. My last trip there I was waited on by one of the owners. They actually offer some styles made in the USA. It should be noted that New Balance makes the tennis shoes for the US Military it is difficult to put a price on comfort but dollar for dollar they produce a great product they stand behind. Expect to pay a hundred dollars and up.

I have been to this store numerous times and always receive exceptional service. I would much rather shop here than the big sporting goods stores due to personalized service. The store is always clean and well organized. It is so nice picking out shoes and making sure we get a great fit for our family. I think they have a pretty good selection, kids section is a tad small though. These are the only shoes my kids don't destroy in a few months. For the same price as some of the name brand competition, you can get a much better shoe for the money. New Balance feel much more substantial unlike the poorly made competitors we have purchased in the past. If you want personalized service, I recommend this store. Using your phone number they can look up previous purchases and get you into the same shoe as well. We definitely will be back to pick up shoes here in the future.

Shoes are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Great quality!

Best shoe store ever. They measure all parts of your foot to make sure you are getting the best fit. And because of that, it's pricey. First time ever someone told me that one foot is slightly longer than the other and it's really helped when picking out shoes.
