      What a great experience. Customer service is still alive at NB cherry creek. It was almost like being transported back in time to a place where someone actually wanted to help you purchase the best item for you. I was impressed, the shoes/insoles are comfortable & I have no complaints.

      I visited on a quiet Saturday afternoon in search of some walking shoes for my daily dog walks. Alyssa greeted me right away and assisted me in finding the perfect pair. I told her I didn't want the sneakers to look matronly, as walking shoes tend to, and she steered me toward a selection of running shoes that would be just fine for walking.

      Before I tried on the first pair, my feet were measured and then I stood on a heat sensor machine that analyzed my gait. I was mortified to learn that my feet had lengthened a half size since about a year ago when my feet were last measured. I was also surprised to learn that my left foot isn't as flat as my right. In fact, the left foot is basically normal but I put all of my weight in the ball of my right foot instead of my heel. I guess this explains the occasional pain I have in my right knee. I took Alyssa's recommendation and purchased some arch support insoles for my new shoes.

      We quickly narrowed down my shoe options to two pairs. One pair was lightweight and more colorful and stylish but the other was more comfortable, if a bit plain looking. I decided that maybe the price would make the decision since the pair I was leaning toward was less expensive. In the end, comfort won over price and the bonus was that the shoes I chose were 100% made in America (the other pair was made in New Balance's China factory with cheaper materials). Alyssa rang up the sale and walked me out to the back door (there is lot with free parking behind the building).

      It's been a few weeks now and I absolutely love my new shoes! Alyssa mentioned that the arch support inserts may take some getting used to and I could put the original inserts back in the shoes if I experience any discomfort. I have not had any rubbing or pain whatsoever and my New Balances are super comfortable. And that pain in my right knee? Gone.

      I don't see any reason to shop anywhere else for athletic shoes. Thanks, Alyssa!

      When I was a kid I had to shop at Buster Brown for shoes. Buster Brown had shoes that fit. Well, New Balance is my adult Buster Brown. There is no other brand that my foot likes. I am not a wealthy man but these shoes are worth every penny.
      I was very nervous walking in Cherry Creek as I am not a wealthy man & the young gentleman, Michael A., was very eager, nonjudgmental & willing to help. This made me very happy not only with my shoes but my purchase experience as well. I will be back.

      The customer service here is excellent. I was helped by a young man called Wylee, who took the trouble of measuring my feet properly, asking if I had any foot pain, and explaining how it could be alleviated. He really knew what he was talking about and gave sensible advice.

      He very patiently helped me try on half a dozen different sizes and styles of shoe, and helped me in the end find exactly what I wanted and needed.

      Being from the uk, I made a special effort to visit a new balance store while I was in Denver, as they have a bigger choice of styles and fits. I was glad I did.

      The staff here also took the trouble to offer my girlfriend water as she sat next to me trying on endless shoes. A small detail but it really helped.

      Phenomenal customer service and large selection of podiatrist recommended running shoes. They will fit you here for the right shoe and NB's come in widths which is awesome. If they don't have them in stock they'll order them for you and you don't have to pay for the shoes until they come in and you decide you want them.

      Still the best shoe-shopping experience out there! We've been coming to this store since 2015 and it is still as good as it ever was. My son has a very hard-to-fit shoe size so options for where to buy shoes is very limited for him. This place always has exactly what he needs, a comfortable pair of shoes. They measure and do an assessment of pressure on the foot, then come with a selection of shoes to try. They even know how to do special lacing techniques to accommodate discomfort on the top of the foot. I mean, it's brilliant! And by carrying extended sizes and never making a big deal out of it, they give my kid a sense of normalcy.

      I've been trying to find a replacement for a pair of discontinued New Balance shoes. I thought if I went to a New Balance store, I'd have better luck than just going to Kohls, or Famous Brand, or even Dicks, but no, I was told "We don't stock anything below the 800 series here. You'll need to try someplace like Kohls." Um, excuse me? You're not willing to help me? You don't think I'm good enough for your stuck up Cherry Creek store or what? I don't care if the shoe is 800 series or whatever, I was hoping to find a pair of comfortable shoes, as New Balance has always fit me the best. Alas, the clerk in a shoe store treated me as if I weren't good enough for the store he works at. Give me a break.

      I come into this store a couple of times and felt the customer service wasn't like the first time I visited! The same young lady has helped me each time and her failure to really be helpful is just disheartening. Went in the first time looking to get two pairs of shoes and walking out with nothing and what I believed was a shoe to try on. This time again I gave the young lady another chance and was very disappointed again. When I arrived the store is was 11:00am and the door was locked. I had to call them to open the door....stranger. The young lady never greeted me or asked what I was in for just let me in and walked away. Again strange... I then inform her I ordered some shoes that where on back-order and it's been that amount of time and you helped me. She then when in the back and said yeah doesn't look like there is anything for you. I informed her that she took my name and I signed up for account that day. At this time she went to the back and I asked if there was a manager here in the store and the other sales associate said he would be in at 3pm. When the young lady came back she said yeah I looked everywhere and no order. Again strange... I asked to see another shoe and before I could get to telling her my size she would cut me off. I asked if they had four different shoes in my size and the young lady would tell me "No" before I even finished. Again strange... Now I could've just left but unfortunately, I have flat feet and now knee problems and needed shoes this day! I felt defeated because of the lack of willingness in customer service and thought there was hope when she said hey the Littleton Location may have another color or size. I asked how long will it take to get that size here, to try on? She said I would have to buy it and the shipping is 5-7 business days. Again strange.... because the reason I was there, was to try on shoes that she special ordered for me! Now things have changed and are different?! I asked again if they had my size in another shoe and it was like pulling teeth to get her to go check on my size! She walks back there and surprise my size appears! At this point and time I am just over the whole thing and want to get going. I get to the check out, and hand her a $20.00 off coupon that I recieved in the mail! She looks it up and down and said, "ummm, doesn't look like I have seen this coupon." Like is wasn't real and I made a fake one. At this point I was just over her and the extra comments of no, no to this size , no to this color, no to using your coupon, no we don't have sock for you to try on the shoes. I asked her if she normally tells a lot of customers "No" before checking on products? Or does the company stay out of stock on shoes that I'm asking for? She couldn't even response, I told her at that moment, how poor her customer service has been and how I didn't even want to spend my money here. I told her that I can not be the only person that has noticed it. I informed her that this was my second time coming and when I was here previously, she said no to me then and lied about placing my order. I let her know that I need these shoes because I care about my feet and I am not going to let her poor customer service effect my buying something I need. Even with how terrible she was. After all this was done, she had nothing to say. Not even a sorry because the company she works for would want her to do that. She handed me my bag and said "oh" which makes my believe that that all was on purpose and nothing I said mattered. Thank you New Balance in Cherry Creek for making a customer feel like nothing. Maybe someone will see this a say that lady was crazy, but I hope that someone reads this and doesn't experience what I did just to get comfortable shoes!

      WOW. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a LONG, LONG time.

      I was referred to this store by my Doctor. I have suffer from plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis from years of martial arts.

      I walk in, and was immediately greeted by the door and asked how they could help. After discussing my issues - they had me stand on the pressure plate and helped select shoes and insoles for my specific impact.

      Throughout my entire visit, nothing was rushed. I was given 5 different shoe options to try on, with different insoles. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question.

      I asked for the manager before I left so I could tell them how pleased I was with my service and gave the representative a high recommendation and thank you.

      THIS was AWESOME customer service -- not single negative point throughout the day.

      She even walked me out, opened the door for me and said goodbye and thank you.
