I give 2 thumbs up for the music they play here on Friday nights. Not sure how it is on other nights, but I really enjoyed the ol school/ underground beats they were playing. I would come back just for that. The atmosphere is pretty chill and the crowd is WAY better (looking) than anywhere else in old town. Definitely the better spot to be at if you really really have no where else better to go but to old town Pasadena on a Friday night.

Great spot. Awesome decor and staff are top notch. David is a cool ass bartender. Music is good excellant place to chill with a date not too rowdy during the week. I highly recommend it. Best lounge in old town.

The people behind NeoMeze were smart. I'm guessing they were thinking something along the lines of:
"We can take over Old Town Pasadena if we 1) put in some nice decor, b) hire attractive waitresses, 3) bring in a good DJ, and d) put it all in an excellent location."
Well, I believe they have succeeded on all counts. This is absolutely the place to be in Old Town. I can imagine it being a lot more fun on a night with a better crowd. Unfortunately, I was here last Friday when it was rainy and kind of dead. I will definitely come back, and hopefully will be able to add a star and some more tips the next time around.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shane H.Los Angeles, CA40629942Sep 11, 2010

Old town in Pasadena. Great area.
This place has a good contemporary feel. Came here on Saturday night, $5 cover charge. Good crowd. Packed.
Prices are a bit high. 7 beer, 10 mixed drink. Plenty of rooms upstairs and downstairs if you don't the vibe in one room.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Georgia G.Temple City, CA200179Aug 16, 2009
This is a great place for drinks and food. I really like the music on Fridays and Saturdays. It does get pretty packed so come early. The food is good too. I have had different dishes and haven't been disappointed yet. One of my favorite places to go for drinks in Old Town.

Serves the best sangria in town!! Not only does this place serve amazing food, but it has the best lounge to socialize and listen to great music. The staff is also extremely friendly. I've been to other places in old town Pasadena, but this is by far my FAVORITE place to hang out. Neomeze is the only restaurant and lounge that can make me drive over 30 miles to have a good time.

Decent place to chill on a night out in Old Town Pasadena. I think I was here on a Saturday when the DJ spins house/electronic on the outdoor deck area which is refreshing given the overabundance of Top 40 hip hop in clubs and lounges these days. The drinks are pretty standard in terms of price, around $10-12, though there was definitely a decent amount of Sapphire in my G&T. The clientele ranges from young professional to a slightly older crowd.

A hidden gem of Old Town.
The after hours scene surprised me. The night of my visit on a Saturday, the turn-out was great, crowd was young and energy positive.
I particularly appreciate the layout of the venue: inside features a lounge area replete with ample seating, and adjacent to that is an intimate dance floor; the outdoor patio is acceptably spacious; downstairs offers a retreat for those partial to house music.
It succeeds in creating an intimate, energetic atmosphere without the claustrophobia.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
