Okay yoga class. Unreliable for classes or other birth services even when prompted and told about desire to register. Talks more than listens.

More than ever a safe, peaceful space to keep grounded is essential and Nature's Whispers provides this space for me. It's a home away from home atmosphere. A place where you can seek some solice whether it be through yoga, as a family dance party or even kids workshop cooking class.
Definitely worth checking out.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Charisse H.Manhattan, New York, NY010May 3, 2022Updated review
The birth prep series with Paula was a great way to bond and connect with my husband leading up to the birth of our first child. We learned about each other as well as about the type of birth we wanted to experience and was ultimately thrilled to have the birth I desired.
On top of that we made some great friends with the other couples!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 18, 2021Previous reviewHad my first in person class today with Paula and absolutely enjoyed the experience from start to end. She guided us in a thoughtful and calming manner and made everyone feel welcome. I cannot wait for my next class.

I purchased a month membership and enjoyed some of the instructors. However I was not able to use atleast a week of the month due to cancelled classes and then a family event that i needed to leave the state for. Even though I signed up in advance for classes, there was no email or text or call to warn me that the classes had been canceled and I drove 20 min each way for nothing.
It was also difficult to find the first time I went and I accidentally joined the wrong class/company and had to double pay for both. Then when I did find the class the next time, I said something to the instructor about my pregnancy afterwards and she told me I should have told her at the beginning because
we did moves that should be avoided in pregnancy. Why does the description say prenatal friendly then? It should say "Inform your instructor if you are pregnant". I had assumed I didn't need to do that if it was "prenatal friendly".
I contacted the company's customer service multiple times about these issues with zero replies and its been months. Extremely unprofessional on the company/owners part. Very disappointing as I would have liked to continue with the 1 or 2 of the instructors I did enjoy.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jazmin G.San Diego, CA552220Jan 4, 2021
I am a first time mom. Like many, I was having a hard time finding myself as a new mom during this pandemic. That has all changed since I became part of the Natures Whisper community. I have met so many other women in different stages of motherhood. All are willing to share their experiences and guidance, ESPECIALLY Paula, the owner.
Oh! Almost all classes are available via ZOOM!
Well I hope to meet you in one of many classes offered at Natures Whisper.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sabrina G.San Diego, CA2237Feb 15, 2020
I took a prenatal yoga class here and enjoyed it. You have to go up some stairs to get to the classroom but it the teacher was right there and let me know what to do to get set up for my first time.
They supply blocks, cushions, blankets and even mats it looked like. The classroom is small so I would expect it gets full at busier times so make sure you get their early. Everyone was very friendly and they offered a lot of modifications for pregnancy.
The flow seemed to be as fast as a non-prenatal yoga class so be prepared if you are not used to moving that fast. I would also recommend you don't forget your water as the room can get a little bit toasty.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Francoise B.Los Angeles, CA441123Jul 9, 2020Updated review

I love Nature's Whisper! I used to come out for yoga while pregnant and now I drop in when I can get time away from my busy life. They've implemented safe protocols during COVID and it helps me to know I'm protected. The owner of Nature's Whisper truly cares about every person that comes through the door and it feels so amazing to support local. Hope you try out a class, you will love it!

Nature's Whisper has been such an important part of my pregnancy! As a first time mom it has been interesting navigating pregnancy during COVID, especially in city where we don't have any family. Paula at Nature's Whisper has created a community of moms and families that has been such a nice support system throughout my pregnancy! They didn't miss a beat with getting classes online so I could continue my yoga practice from the safety of my home. There is no lack of connection or love in the classes despite not being together in person. I'm not sure what I would have done without Nature's Whisper during my pregnancy as it has been such a key part of my physical and mental well being! So grateful for Paula and this community of moms!

Had my first prental yoga class today. I live far so I picked this place because they had a live online option which I appreciate. I have taken yoga many times before and I am used to having a very relaxing time while doing yoga so this was a completely different experience. The instructor had two young children during class and I totally understand that its a family oriented style of class but I found the class, the structure and overall experience extremely chaotic. The children kept interrupting the instructor, getting in between her legs/poses, I could barely hear her over the kids. The camera was set on the side so i had to keep guessing what exactly we were doing, the children kept blocking the camera and it was just loud, not relaxing tbh I got a bit stressed out lol. There was also no flow so it felt more like a prenatal strech as opposed to yoga. At the end, one of her kids pulled down her shirt and started breastfeeding. Everybody has their own beliefs as to when is a good time to stop breastfeeding...as a new time pregnant person im not quite there yet mentally to watch a toddler breastfeed...no judgement here just not what I expected while in class. It was just not the experience or level of professionalism I am looking for. This isnt a class for a structured person hehe
