Update your phone number! A park should always have a working number. Disservice to the community if you can't be reached.

One of the nicest parks in the northeast and definitely has to be one of the biggest in the city. I love bringing my dogs here, the running path is a favorite. The park is very well kept, lawn and trash wise. The rec center is full of activities and services to the community. The pool here is great in the summer, cheap and even has a slide!

This park isn't top of the line but the grass is always cut and there isn't a ton of trash floating around. There's about a mile loop that wraps around the park and it is paved. A small portion of the paved loop lines up with Railroad Rd so it can be a little unnerving as well as loud walking close to 55+ mph traffic if it is busy.
There is ample parking. Trash cans and doggy bag stations are available, although no one seems to really clean up after their dogs. Two baseball fields and basketball courts are open to the public. They are kind of old looking but satisfactory. There are large grassy areas for soccer, picnics, and so on. There's a playground for the kiddies. It is popping during the weekend as well as during the early/evening times with walkers, runners, or groups playing soccer.
Off peak daily hours are just plain odd to say the least. There are some really sketchy characters hanging out near or in their cars during the day that can make you feel uneasy. My advice is to just go during high peak hours.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
