      During my visit, for service....
      1. The service person never got up to greet me, he stay in his chair.
      2. While in the waiting room, only two employees said hello. One was a lady dressed like a mechanic, and the other was a fairly young black gentleman. He actually greeted me twice, I wish I had asked his name.
      3. A salesman, sitting right outside the service area, was placing follow up call with customers using the speaker phone..very unprofessional.

      About as an unfriendly dealership I have ever been to, I suggest Johnny Londoff, even Mr. Londoff greats his customers.

      Very happy with my new/used Hyundai I purchased from here. A fair price for a great vehicle. John Maler helped me greatly through all 3 of my consecutive visits, not a pushy salesman and allows you to check vehicles out at your own pace. I intended on buying a dodge but wasn't 100% confident due to the car fax. John was able to find a vehicle in my price range with fewer owners, accidents, and more features. Made my experience worth recommending. Thanks!

      I had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL towed here from another garage that couldn't figure out why my Jeep was dead. Not only did the service department determine what was wrong in a timely fashion. Josh, Brittany and the service technicians who all had a hand in dealing with my car were all amazing! The communication with me every step of the way was unmatched, explaining to me what was wrong, what was being fixed/replaced and what the previous garage messed up! I won't be taking my Jeep anywhere else for service!

      I have been taking my car here for years without issue. I made an appointment for 9:00am Saturday for an oil change. I dropped off my car at 4pm the day before and asked if they could check my trunk shocks and my hood seal. I handed the girl my keys and left. I waited until 1pm Saturday to call because I hadn't received an update yet. The service department didn't answer the phone and it went to voicemail. I left a message, thinking they would reply shortly. At 4:30pm I still didn't receive a callback and decided to just go to the dealer, since they closed at 5pm and I needed my car. I walked in and asked if my car was completed, because I hadn't received an update from them all day. They looked at me very puzzled. They kept asking me if I dropped the car off late and put my keys in the dropbox. I said that I hadn't and I gave my keys to one of the other girls named Brittney. After about 15 minutes they found my car. The girl said they misplaced the key and no one knew it was there. I asked why they didn't call me back, after the voicemail that I left them at 1pm. She told me that they don't even know where those voicemails go!! Really, she said that!! What's the use of leaving a voicemail then? Needless to say I didn't get the oil change, shocks or seals taken care of. I emailed the manager for a response, but I'm not really expecting they will actually answer. Very disappointed!!

      I bought my car from them on September 15-1922 a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and I have had to take my car back every week since I purchased it sometimes twice a week for an airbag issue that they can't seem to order the right part.
      I bought new tires and had them install them and I told them I wanted to keep my old tires they were going to throw my perfectly good tires away after I told them I wanted to keep them.
      I don't think I would ever do business with them again.

      don't buy a vehicle here...service department sucks and they won't be able to fit you in for two months. They don't care either. They will sell you a car but won't service it. Management refuses to fix the problem.

      FINALLY HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR!
      My wife and found ourselves needing to buy (actually lease) a new car ASAP and we were dreading the process....thankfully we were referred to ALLYSON LAWS, and we were so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her!
