Since Covid started a year ago, I haven't been here. Now that I'm vaccinated, and I see how well their salon is applying the safety regulations, I am FINALLY going back today!
Ugh! They will have their work cut out for them after seeing my horrid nails, hands & feet!

I regret going in here! The owner is very nasty and makes you feel like you're a nuisance for being in her salon. I had a grown out dip powder manicure that needed to be removed before my new one, and instead of soaking my nails in wrapped foil with acetone pads, she flung the polish off by sliding a METRO CARD under... and then had the audacity to charge me an extra $10 for a "soak off"! It took her less than a minute and left my nails destroyed. The new manicure was sloppy, rushed, and overpriced.

My $90 French manicure and pedicure chipped the very next day. Not worth the money at all.

This nail salon has a zen feeling to it. It is clean and sanitary. They have extra touches such as hand wax and massages included in the 43 mani/pedi price. Great little spot!

If you want to pay premium prices for below mediocre services this is the place to be. I came for a gel manicure and the whole service was rushed. I'm not sure who I had as a technician but she cut my cuticles too quickly and wasn't paying attention. Now they're sore and raw. The polish job didn't even cover the nail fully. Definitely will not waste my time here again and leave with cut open cuticles and a polish job that could have been done better at a middle school girl's sleepover.

The quality of this place has gone downhill. I waited at least 40 minutes when they said I could come in at 3PM, and when the woman got to me she was rushed and not very friendly. I asked for oval shaped and it was barely that, not to mention she made them really short without asking. I got gel, and the color is barely opaque. Because of that, it also looks slightly splotchy. The tips of my nails feel ragged rather than wrapped in polish, which is usually used to make them last longer. The gel color options were also pretty limited and (at least to me) not very appealing. If you want a quality job and for someone to pay attention to you, spend your money somewhere else.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I made an appointment based on their recommendation for a powder gel manicure. I got to the salon on time and found out they had about 12 colors to chose from. I told them I wanted white, they only had french white. I said that I was okay with that color. They did not want me to get white and instead chose a different color that was completely clear. When I explained that I did not like this color 'Heavenly' put one hand to soak and went and took another customer for a manicure pedicure and NEVER came back to me.
Someone else ended up stepping in when I was clearly upset
