Good Shepherd Physical Therapy and Wellness Center

I called Good Shepherd because they were on the same floor as my office and I was desperate (sudden pain from knee to hip and could not walk without excruciating pain)! Not only did they squeeze me in right away this past Wednesday, the therapy I received from Ann, the PT and her assistant Ben alleviated a majority of the pain in that visit, so I could limp along with more comfort until I can see my orthopaedic doctor on Monday. You all rock!!!

Ann cares about her patients and wants them to heal and return to complete functionality

Everyone including, Janet, all the physical therapist, their masseuse and assistants have been phenomenal in treating my lower back injury. After a long battle with constant pain that left me feeling mentally and physically debilitated, I blindly trusted them with my recovery. I was astonished how quickly my pain lessened and my strength started to return after only a few weeks. They understood my physical boundaries and safely pushed them further each session. She listened, answered all my questions, and gave me the knowledge and tools I needed to achieve my recovery goals and to return to a healthy lifestyle. Because of their expertise and dedication, my quality of life has dramatically improved. I now have hope in my life now that I can live a happy and less painful life.

The location is very professional, with plenty of equipment, assistants and therapists. All the therapist are excellent, including Janet and Pooja. They are highly skilled with manual techniques to adjust the body's alignment, which has improvement my back pain significantly. Did I mention they also have an amazing masseuse?! They are extremely knowledgeable, but what makes them really great is that they are able to convey to me what needed to be done and why, in a way i could understand. They have always answered all my questions and gave me hope in my life. They demonstrated the exercises and even wrote them down for me to take home.

I am truly grateful for all they have done for me. This location is way beyond 5 stars.
