Went in Monday Moring my server Andrea was so amazing service the food was amazing she make sure we were ok with everything checking up on us I will definitely come back.

I love BJ's pizookies but was disappointed by the weekly $5 pizookie night experience. Because many order pizookies, it looks like the kitchen pre-makes these in bulk. The pizookies came out hard and cold. With the added ice cream on top, they quickly became even more hard and cold.
We'll be coming back for pizookies on a normal night to enjoy them hot, soft, and fresh.

My daughter's kids meal was presented in a pouch with a slit cut through the bag. Even if this is how it's cooked, I would've expected it to be presented better.
Make sure to always double check your order when ordering takeout. Very upsetting.

144082Apr 18, 2024This review is only for pizookies! A pizookie is a dessert made from a large cookie topped with ice cream -BJ signature dessert item. Every Tuesday, they have $5 pizookies (normally they are around $10). We went around closing time and decided to get it Togo. The portion of the ice cream was fairly large and cookie was warm/sweet. I recommend getting the cookies and cream one but they have lots of variety of different types. Perfect dessert after a dinner.

I came here around 11pm with some friends for a quick snack and pizookies. We self seated in the bar area and scanned the QR code on the table for a menu. We had to flag down an employee to take our order, but she was nice and quick. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, the pretzel, and the pizookie trio with chocolate chip, Oreo, and strawberry shortcake. Not bad for late night, and for what it is.

Jan 21, 2022Previous reviewI cannot believe the two star rating of this place. These guys deserve a better rating. I ordered the Tri-tip and ribs bundle for the family and got an abundance of food to feed 4. The food tasted great. House salad look fresh. That is what I came to expect from BJ's. What topped it all was the server. Marco Vargas was at the takeout to place my order. I cannot pinpoint what it was but the entire order and pickup experience was top notch. All I can say is that he provided great service. The food was promised in 15 minutes and they arrived on the nose just as I walked back into the pickup area. Bravo, Marco Vargas! Your excellent service increased my rating for BJ's!
