Very well maintained apartment complex and apartments themselves. Modern and spacious. Competitive prices so it is a great deal! Special dedication to property manager Remi as she is so helpful, attentive, and really great at her job. She really shows a great respect and helpfulness to the renters and is always such a pleasure to deal with her. Thank you for making our stay here so great!

We have been residents of this complex since September 2000 and occupied our current unit since December 2002. The complex enjoys a great location and spacious units and common areas; however, the structures are old and present maintenance and repair challenges for that reason. We note that new and current management as of the fall of 2020 (Ms. Rei Vannuci) is 100% improvement from what we experienced with the prior manager (who has been the object of bad reviews on this forum). Ms. Vannuci has caused several improvements to get made (including reception and laundry area) and takes immediate note of any reports for needed repairs or problems with service. A recent example is that thanks to her efforts, waste management/trash collection now occurs with greater frequency. Other tenants are not always helpful in the upkeep department. We know that under this new management, the complex is on its way to becoming a better place to live.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Jennifer the manager is horrible and plays the victim. I was kicked out of my apartment after reporting I had a leak in the apartment that was there for 3 months and never got fixed. She tried to offer me another unit smaller for the same rent and when I said no she kicked us out. This management needs to go, I asked for the owners info and she declined multiple times. The owner needs to fire her and she should go back to where she came from!

I lived this horrible apt. for 6months, and I succeeded to escape from the place.
It is very old and dirty. In addition, the manager is so rude.
Don't move here, and plz find another place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Notsoanonymous P.Torrance, CA1391Aug 14, 2017
Lived here for about 7 years. If I could give this a 0 star. I would. First of all, the rent is high. Second, Literally never complained about anything even though there have been so many discriminatory instances regarding management. The manager, Jennifer, and the assistant manager, Vicky, have both picked on me and my family for several instances. Today was one of the worst instance. My family and I were swimming. Vicky asks my siblings if they live here. Note that we have lived here for 7 years. She should know by now that we live here. I walk to the pool area to join my siblings to swim. The assistant manager, Vicky, then asks again if we live there.. my siblings just said we did. So we continue swimming. After 10 minutes, Vicky leaves. After 40 minutes, the manager, Jennifer, walks by and tells us to get out. She walks by again and tells us that "you've been swimming long enough". Rude. The pool does not close til 8 pm and it was only 5:30 pm. There is no indication of a time limit around the pool area. She then stands by the door to shoo us away. We tell my dad about the incident, so he then goes to talk to Jennifer. Jennifer never gave us a reason why she kicked us out of the pool but proceeds to tell my dad because we were loud. This is a complete lie. We live right next to the pool and my dad couldn't even hear us. Also, the assistant manager and the managers kids and grandkids go to the pool and yell at each other and play loud music. And they never complain about it. So we know what loud is. My dad also points out that she is not being fair because she let other kids swim by themselves after we were kicked out. She responds by saying that we should go back in the pool. Which just supports our point that there was no warranted reason for us to be kicked out. We have dealt with instances like this for years and I have had it. I will be seeking further action regarding the legality of the management's discriminatory acts towards my family. To all the prospective tenants, please save your money and yourselves and steer clear from this apartment complex. The management staff is discriminatory and rude.

I've lived here for more than 7 years and I have no idea why I haven't moved out yet. The apartments are horrible and the price for them every month is even worse and that's not even mentioning the increase in payment that happens constantly.
The one thing to consider when you're here is how badly you need it, because it will be one of the worst experiences anyone can ever have. The manager as well as assistant manager are biased and at this point seem to be discriminating against us using the "private" pool that we pay to use. The part that bothers us is that the manager and assist manager will allow their grand children to have friends over to the pool and blast their music, but when you're laughing too much or having a good time with you're family. Family from somewhere else is not allowed to come to the pool, the manager will will kick you out and let everyone else stay making a big deal and humiliating your family in the process.
One last thing is that if you have a daughter or sister that live with you and they just happen to get married, the manager will make it as complicated as possible. They will constantly bring up the question, "are you living here? Which apartment?" And forget you as soon they leave.
I hope you found this helpful.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
