MyPhone Repair - Bristol

Needed an Apple Watch battery replaced.
Took my Apple Watch to have the battery replaced. ($60.) Waited for a call it was ready. Crickets! I called 5 times the next day. Answered 1 time. Said give me a minute. Never came back to the phone. My daughter called and found out it was ready. Went the next day to pick it up. I mentioned calling 5 times. He had the audacity to say, yes, when people call and call we get irked and don't answer! His exact words! Great customer service I'd say!
My watch had about 5% power when I picked it up.. Soon ran completely out of charge. Connected to the watch charger all night. Did not charge at all!
I took my watch to another repair place. They said he'd probably used an after mkt battery in it and apple will not allow the after mkt batteries to work in the watches. They put it on a charger and nothing! Would not charge.
He said they guaranteed their work. I didn't get my $60 back and he threw me out of the business for questioning his work and word. Said he guaranteed his work. Nope! No refund and a non working watch.
This is one of the rudest and least knowledgeable people I've ever had the misfortune to run across.
DO NOT LET THIS PLACE WORK ON ANY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT! IT WILL SUFFER BADLY! SO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!
I would give him a 1/2 star if I could!

Had a crack over my camera so I went here to replace it he took 10 min to fix it and I see why now the screen goes into a grey static 90% of the time when turning it on clicks buttons randomly said the screen is not recognized by apple it was in my pocket with my keys for a matter of 10 minutes while riding with a buddy in his truck to the store shattered the screen has scratches all over. Also the screen pops out anytime I set my phone down to hard camera has a huge glare. the camera whole isn't even lined up properl. The guy in there was over the top he was nice helped out worked fast but was doing that for cheap product and charged me $240. I would not recommend this place to anyone I would just go thru apple and pay the $100 more or just live with a cracked screen id rather have my original cracked screen.

i had sent a message through Yelp and the owner told me they were open from 10-6. I called around 5:30pm to let clerk know I was going to be arriving around 5:50pm, I was driving from Gate City, he was so rude! He basically said DONT COME That He closes the door at 5:55!
I literally turned by car around and drove to Kingsport & googled another place to fix the screen! I also told him that he had just lost a customer, he didn't care! I had 2 iPhone screens to fix! He lost 200.00 dollars That I happily paid somewhere else!

Derrick and Adam both are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They removed my old battery and installed a new one in my previous phone, so they could perform my backup because my phone would not charge. Then they removed their battery and installed the backup in my new phone. Pretty much they went above and beyond normal customer service and didn't charge me to use their battery. I literally asked them to give me a bill for their time. Both times I've been in their store they have been very professional not only to me, but to every customer that has walked through the door. Their labor is extremely reasonable for working on high end smart phones. I highly recommend!!! Thanks again!

I had my iPhoneX for about an hour before I dropped and shattered my screen, took it to crew at Myphone repair and had it fixed while the family was shopping. They were very quick and had my phone shining like new, it was very cheap compared to most places and I actually got to talk to a person instead of using one of those drop offs. I'm not sure that the people who did the other reviews actually went into this store or not.

Took my phone to get battery replaced they it cost 40$ was working went home within a week had to take it back come to find out the battery was not tight they are very expensive on labor if no other option id recommend going here

Requested a quote verbally over the phone 2 days ago to replace a screen on an iPhone 6. Was told by very nice young man it would be $129.99, unless it was in the LCD then it would be $149.99. When went into the store today to get it fixed, I was told it would be $179.99 because it was an iPhone 6S. I was not asked the specifics on the phone so I feel they should grant the price quoted. However, they would not so I would not recommend them to anyone. Needless to say, they were not allowed to fix my phone.

Took my IPhone 6 to repair cracked screen. 6 weeks later lines showed up on my phone. Took it to my Sprint store. They said the screen was loose and asked if I had dropped it. Not since having it fixed by a third party. Voided warranty when a third party repairs it. They opened it to find a wire had been clipped! Took it back to MyPhone Repair but they wouldn't do anything to help me because it was past their 30 day warranty! Rip off! Do not trust these people with your $600.00++ electronics! You would be better off using one of those grocery store machines! Obviously these people aren't trained well enough to do the job and the company doesn't care! Oh, and it cost me $120.00! The only thing I can do now is warn others so they don't get taken in by their fancy brick and mortar building!

iPhone screen cracked so took it here to get replaced. $150 to replace it. 41 days later the screen literally started coming off the phone. I took it back today and they tightened it up and normal the screen doesn't work at all and they pretty much said there was nothing they could do unless I replace the screen again. Something that's $150 should last longer than 41 days.

When I first went there, there was one lonely boy taking calls, repairing a phone while distractedly dealing with the line of customers coming into the store (yes, there a lot of us breaking our phones in Bristol!). BEFORE you go and have your phone repaired there, make sure there is NO OTHER PLACE IN TOWN to go to! You are much better off going ANYWHERE else! First they told me it would be a week to get the part, you pay upfront for the part and the repair, so they have you by the short hairs (everyone else in the world can get parts within 2 days!), they do not return phone calls, so no point leaving messages! And when you do get a live person, they are either busy taking other peoples money, talking to more poor slobs coming to them for help, or they just outright lie to you, telling you the part went to the wrong location, that its in, but it isn't, etc! Their offer to me? Take it or leave it! I'll leave it, THANK YOU!
