My Cup of Tea

What a great place to go for some tea or lunch. This new location on Cornelia street is connected to Nelson's flower shop so there is available seating (if you decide to dine in) in Nelson's as well as a few seats in the tea shop. There are so many different varieties and flavored of tea that can be bought by the mug, pot or tin. There are also a few specialty drinks that can be made for you as well. The food is always fresh and everything is made in house! You can really tell from the taste everything is great quality. My favorite sandwich here is the durkee turkey, and there are different soup specials daily.

My cup of tea also offers exceptional catering which I have experienced personally on more then one occasion. I would 100% recommend this tea shop for lunch, tea, and catering. Best sandwiches in Plattsburgh!

I really love this place! They have daily specials which consists of a sandwich and homemade soups! They also have homemade pastries and muffins. One soup I am waiting to try is the hot pear soup. The tuna boats are delicious. Not to mention they have SO many choices of tea from Republic of Tea (more than 80 varieties). You can also buy them by the tins. I am surprised this little place was not on Yelp, so I am glad to be the one to add it.

Sue was very accommodating and provided an excellent day of wedding luncheon. Everything was fresh & delicious.

this restaurant has closed at this location -- may have moved up to Cornelia St. but as of about a month ago it was still not open at this new location
