horrible company. sleepy man with no concept of business answers the phone. moron expects me to raise his retail price to increase mark up on their parts all while a customer can simply purchase it directly through them for cheaper. stay away from this low end organization. horrible business ethics, horrible communication and service. i will make sure any and customers that mentions this company will know about my experience. my customers come first period.

I purchased a luggage rack for my Harley Davidson on eBay from this vendor. The item was as described but there was some confusion because there was a lack of communication. Normally when you win a bid the seller contacts you with any additional information. Nothing from these guys. No information regarding when the item was shipped either. Imagine my dismay, when after paying I received a notification that the item was relisted. I returned to the original listing where it indicated that the item was not shipped. It was after a frenzied email to the seller that he informed me the item was already shipped.

Three stars for this reason.

Great company and customer service! Shipped right away and even helped me with a mounting question I had for putting the part on my bike. Would definitely buy from again!

I recently purchased a pair of saddlebags and a top case to change my leather bags to hard bags that lock. I have installed them on my motorcycle and am very happy with them. For the money they are a good value. I did have an issue with the locking plate and called cuctomer service. I was going to just ask for a different plate. Instead the very nice lady said no she will send an entire new top case and locking plate which she did. It took only a few days. She also sent a label to return the original items with no cost to me. Very good cuctomer service. Thank you Patricia.

I wanted to say the customer service is great. I ordered a back rest for my tourpak and the one that came got a lil damage in shipping. I called and told them I'm leavin on a trip and would like a replacement asap , they offered a 50 percent discount if I wanted or if I prefer exchange. Well I wanted the exchange. They overnight shipped to me a new one with a return slip for the other. I thought that was stand up right there. Happy customer !

Very Very slow shipping, NO communication at all no reply from emails sent. When received weeks later very cheap, damaged, No return allowed because it was too long after purchase though I tried to return one day after the item was received.
