Mr Car of Brentwood

Was unable to actually enter business have no idea what it might be like. There was a nice family taking up the entire entrance to parking lot. They had several cars and little children running around by road. After attempting to get of road and into lot for @7 minutes I gave up.

Shady place. I came to look at a car and they showed me one that was a different car and trim level than the one in the ad. (Same make and model though).

I messaged a private seller about a similar car and trim level a while later only to find out it was the same dealer pretending to be a private seller.

And to top it off, they list the "selling price" in their ads as the down payment. What a waste of time.

One star is too much for this dealership , unfortunately I have to give one at least to leave my review, Anyway , I visited this dealer because they had a car I liked , the salesman was courteous and polite he kept me updated about every single process of the application , phone calls , text messages etc. But things started getting weird when the finance manager called to give me the good news, I was approved , yeah !!! At the 29% interest , $800 a month for 60 months and with $6500 down , and I was like wtf is this , I asked her why and she responded because my credit was bad , I asked which credit bureau company said that , she said equifax, so I called equifax and paid for a credit report just to make sure and when I get it , surprise my credit was at 650 which I think is not bad .
So people if you're want to visit this place , make sure you bring a copy of you credit report to show them , also check online the same car you like and compare prices , they have their car above 3k from other places and they will not negotiate the price, ah and also ask for the warranty as they promise 2 years warranty but you have to pay over $1500 for it , so stay away from here ..scam..scam..scam..scam..

I only gave them a one star so I could leave a comment about horrible they are! I bought a Cadillac CTS from the. Daniella, the manager told me that it was such a good car and they got it as a trade in the day before I came in. I paid for the car in cash and she guaranteed that whatever was wrong with the car their mechanic would fix. Needless to say, the AC needed a compressor. Then the very next day I went to drive the car and the power steering wouldn't work. I put fluid in it and it worked.... for about a hour!!! Come to find out, the power steering pump was broken. I literally put 2 quarts of fluid in the car EVERY DAY!!! I took the car to their mechanic and they put on the new compressor but the very next day I went on travel for work and the car started running hot and shut down. Come to find out the rack and pinion was destroyed. Which was more than I can handle. I've asked plenty of times for them to put me in a new car, they haven't. I've asked for my money back, they won't respond. So, I went up to the dealer and they've given me the run around for one whole week. Mind you, the car broke down after only two weeks of driving it and still no response from Daniella. THE WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER GONE TO IN MY LIFE. Besides the fact that their attitudes are horrible, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership.

I found a car that I really wanted to take a look at on Mr. Car's website. On google it showed their hours on Sundays were 11-5. I could not find their hours on their website. I drove over an hour to get there to find out they were not open. There were no hours posted on the building either. I waited around till 12, I did see someone on the lot finally, but he informed me that they would not be opening at all that day. While I was waiting, there was also another lady waiting for them to open, so I was not the only one disappointed. I had cash in hand and was ready to buy the car as long as the test drive worked out. I will not be wasting any more time there.

Run the other way. Terrible customer service. They are not concerned with gaining repeat customers. Find someplace else!

My trade in should have been paid off 2 months ago but I'm still making payments on BOTH cars! When I call they say they mailed the check already and it may have gotten lost.
