I LOVE LOVE LOVE Estrella she's awesome!!
I've been going to her for over a year now and I love everything she chooses what's best for my skin, for facial care, and gives out great advises for home remedies.
She's funny, trustworthy, and someone you could get very comfortable with.
I couldn't be more happy choosing Estrella as my Esthetician!!

This is only the second time I have had a massage. It was part of a Valentine's Gift for my wife. We got the "Lover's Package" and save $14.
We arrived and were brought in at our appointed time.

I had Brenda as my masseuse. She was very good. The room and ambiance were definitely conducive to relaxation. The music, lighting and aroma made it quite pleasant. Being only my second time, i am not really sure how to act, so I chatted with her for a spell and then was quiet and then we talked a little more.

It was a very pleasant experience and I think I will start doing this more frequently. The only problem is the time. It's funny how a 90-minute plane flight takes so long, but a 90-minute massage went by in two shakes of a lamb's tail.

Oh, and because it was my first visit, I got a $20 coupon for my next visit...I'll be there before the coupon expires!!

I had the pleasure of receiving my sculpting eyebrow wax from Dominique. She did an AMAZING JOB and was very gentle. I had my eyebrows waxed many times over the years and I have to say the eyebrow wax from Dominique was perfection.

If you are looking for a excellent sculpting eyebrow wax I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dominique.
Your brows will be transformed.

Robin was very professional and nice. She was very knowledgeable about skincare. I had very bad cystic acne and she said to trust the process and be patient, my skin will get better I just have to be consistent and wash my face and it will pass! I listen to her advice and used her recommendations and my skin did get better! Thank you

I wish I could give two ratings - one for the facial and one for the massage. The facial is definitely 5*. The aesthetician was friendly, knowledgeable and it was a relaxing and transformative experience in just 30 minutes!

The massage,however, was a 3*. It was overall such an odd experience... The was erratic, inconsistent, and distracted. She also yawned about a dozen times during the service, which made me feel she was neither physically nor emotionally present. At the end, she not only didn't finish evenly by missing an entire side of my body, but she hastily ripped off the eye mask and just said "that's it" and walked out abruptly. It the worst massage just definitely not a positive experience.

Either ask for someone else other than Jody or just go there for facials!

My husband and I went in on New Years Day to celebrate our bdays and relax with gift cards we were given. We both got massages which were great, although they seemed like 45 mins instead of an hour.

The facials were second services. We both felt an unusually uncomfortable amount of sales pitching of products and extra services. My husband felt like he couldn't relax and I felt very uncomfortable after declining extra services. Both made it clear that they work independently and sell their own services apart from the spa.

I would not recommend a facial ever, massages are good but make sure you come early and ask for the timer.

I absolutely love this place . My most recent experience was last week. Let me tell you my massage was heavenly! Lisa was awesome ! And then my facial by Estrella was the best as well. But no matter who you get I am sure you won't leave unhappy :)

This place is a complete joke, they totally try to pacify their clients.
DON'T BE SHORTCHANGED.
1st appt..had Veronica for 90 min..Actually a good massage except She shorted me 10 min.
Then they tried to charge me $110..instead of the proper $90.
They gave me a $20 coupon for next visit.
Alexis was nice and said I should try Chelsea...appt booked.
10 days later I come in and my appt is with Nancy.
So i try Nancy..have to stop massage as I asked 10 minutes in for fluid Swedish massage..She replied oh..that's Lomi Lomi..I said yes!
She said might have to go to Hawaii.
Get a massage every week..first time EVER..I stopped the massage.
I should have read reviews more thoroughly .
PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

I spend 90 min here every two weeks getting a massage from Carla. I look forward every time to coming here. The spa smells wonderful, the folks at the front are super friendly and know me by name.

Now to Carla. She is amazing in every way, shape, and form. She has spent a lot of time getting to know me and works wonders on my body every time. I'm a runner and often have low back and leg issues. Carla has my back (literally) every time.

Bottom line, is I can't say enough good things about this place. You won't regret making an appointment.

I have 90 minute massage and hands down it was the best have had. The massage was worth 5 stars and Diane was amazing..but I to get this type of massage again it will cost alot more going forward and it is more intensive then what I bought. She was great and told me up front so no surprises when I got back in. I will definitely be back.

Atmosphere..its a small lobby and pretty quiet over all. Hidden away in a strip mall.
