The customer service is amazing. I went there to get my bike tuned up for a ride and needed it done right away. There were able to accommodate me at no extra cost. Kathy was the best sales person and gave me lots of tips.

Prices are exorbitant. Bought a bike light that cost &125 plus 6% sales tax. Identically the same on Amazon is priced at $79. I don't mind paying more but over 50% more is far too much more. Having found this out broke my trust with them.

Amazing bike shop! They were super nice and quickly replaced the tires and grips on my 30+ year old bike. It came back super shiny and they cleaned the gears out as well so they function much better now. Highly recommend!! Very reasonable prices as well.

I thought this was a great bike shop. I was really impressed with their costumer service. Staffed by only two people, they were able to give personal attention to all the costumers in the busy shop. An employee named Mike helped me pick out the bike that was best for me, and I had a blast test driving four different bikes. If you decide to check this place out, bring a friend. It's a lot more fun to test drive the bikes with a buddy because you can take two different bikes and swap.

Great local bike shop - mechanics really know their stuff, especially Mike. They care about the biking community and help out people who organize bike events. The only bike shop in Mount Pleasant, and definitely equipped for the task.
