Secretary so rude. I called today to reschedule an appt. because I (an hour too late) realized I'd rescheduled my appt. To a day I'll be traveling for my husbands job. She said she wouldn't apply my already paid deposit for my next appt. due to the fact I called to adjust my appt. at the 23 hour mark instead of the 24 hour mark, so therefore I'd lose the deposit I paid and have to repay it to re-schedule. I had been adjusting my appt. In the portal within the allotted 24 hour time for a few weeks because my early pregnancy symptoms had been quite severe and It was hard for me to leave the house let alone imagine being adjusted while in the midst of intense nausea. I had to call to reschedule this time because I was at the 23 hour mark and past the 24 hour mark....she didn't ask my name or appt time. I just told her forget it (Im not going to pay extra money for frivolity) and I'd just find another office mostly because she was very curt and you could tell by her attitude she was not interested in me being a patient there. After hanging up I realized she didn't even ask my name or appt. time. I called back to ask why she didn't ask my name and how she knew which appt. to cancel. She said "oh I looked up your phone number" ...which is fine, but still strange front desk manners to not acknowledge or confirm who you're talking to and confirm the appt. time or account you're dealing with. It was all very abrupt and passive aggressive.

She told me I was the only appt. That day, so maybe I'm better off at an office with a little more demand. We understand the 24 hour cancellation policy...but 23 hours is petty.

She didn't say any impolite words to me, but any human being with a sense of social norms could tell she was being rude and abrupt and terse in her tone. Too bad. I was looking forward to receiving prenatal care here. Sorry for the doctor who lost a patient and the future patient of my baby. When will offices start to realize that service starts with the person who picks up the phone to your office? So silly-over $30 and and 1 hour.

Life saver! Stephanie helped with all my sciatic issues during both pregnancies. Highly recommend!

Dr. Stephanie was great! We just had our initial visit for our 2 month old and you can tell our baby girl loves her session.

My son had a really rough time cutting his last tooth and dr Stephanie has helped so much. Today I let her know that he hasn't napped in over a week and could tell his sinuses have been bothering him - she paid extra attention to his sinuses.. this is him passed out (without fighting it!).

I can't wait to see her myself during our next pregnancy!

Dr. Stephanie and her staff are BEYOND wonderful! She made me feel safe, heard and validated when I voiced my concerns about my pregnancy and giving birth. She was always kind and I really appreciated that. She helped me so much with my lower back pain. I even threw out my back once while pregnant and she was able to fit me in immediately to help me. I am so thankful I found Dr Stephanie & her team at Mother Me Chiropractic! I started going to see her as a newly postpartum mom, and my only regret is that I didn't start seeing her sooner during a very uncomfortable pregnancy. She has worked diligently to correct years of issues in my neck & is helping to address new issues that have arisen since being pregnant & caring for a toddler. She is kind, patient, and gentle with her adjustments, and I always leave feeling good as new. Probably the best part for me though is the fact that she welcomes my kiddos into her office, and told me during our first meeting that she would never want children to be a hindrance to a mom who needs to receive care. As a mother, that was music to my ears! To know that I can bring my kids in when I come for an adjustment & to know that they are welcomed to be there is just the best. Check her out & I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I can't imagine being pregnant or postpartum without being under the care of Dr. Stephanie! She's made such an impact on my pregnancy and postpartum journeys that she is a well known name for most of my family and friends. I started seeing Dr. Stephanie in January of 2020 around 20 weeks pregnant with my first child and am now expecting my second child in Feb. 2022. She's been a miracle worker in helping me manage the pesky pregnancy pains that pop up and prepare me for a smooth birthing process. Throughout both pregnancies she has been compassionate, attentive, thorough, and a joy to see each visit. I cannot recommend Dr. Stephanie enough!

My words aren't going to do justice to the excellence of care I've received at MotherMe--you'll have to go in and experience an adjustment. I know I could literally not function without my weekly time under Dr. Stephanie's skilled hands.

Dr. Stephanie is Webster certified and specializes in working with pregnant women and babies, but I absolutely recommend her care for everyone! She is definitely one of the very best chiropractors in the Metroplex. Really. Just go see for yourself.

I have had an interest in chiropractic care for the past two years but found myself a little hesitant. I never knew what to expect and I had so many questions. So when my SI joint flared up so badly that walking was an issue, I knew it was time.
Dr. Stephanie took the time to listen and answered all of my questions. She explained the entire process and took her time during my exam. Each adjustment was gentle and I felt relief instantly!! I am already walking better, not to mention my neck is no longer cracking. Unbelievable! This girl is totally sold.
