We had our kitchen remodeled through Morgan Exteriors and are absolutely thrilled with the end result.
Our first experience was with a very nice lady (sorry, I do not know her name) who responded to our inquiry through Angie's List.
We asked for a "guess-timate" over the phone because we weren't sure if we could afford it and we didn't want to waste anyone's time by scheduling an in-home consult. She was so friendly and assured us that we were certainly not a waste of time! Had she not taken that extra step, this job never would have happened. She is an exemplary employee and you are lucky to have her.
Our first in-person encounter was with James Davis, our Sales Associate. First of all, James is a GREAT gentleman and I'm so pleased to have met him. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reliable, dependable and thorough! He went over things I hadn't even thought about asking.
Next we met Brent, who came out to measure. He also supervised the Work Crew and handled the scheduling. He was also great, and I give him the same compliments as James.
Within a week we were scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised because I thought it would take much before we were scheduled.
Angel, our Cabinet Installer, was the icing on the cake! Angel also did the demo work for us and hauled away all old material. He is all of those wonderful things I mentioned previously, and his workmanship is excellent. He is a HARD WORKER and does quality work, pays attention to detail, and literally went above and beyond to please us. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end with the cabinets and I cannot thank him enough.
Next, Pinot came out to measure the countertops. We originally picked our granite from a small sample, but Pinot encouraged us to go to the Quarry to see the granite in person. I'm very grateful that he recommended that because we actually changed our minds.
The gentlemen who installed the granite did a great job! We have one countertop that is 11 feet, and we live on the second floor. I know this job was not easy. Thank you for your great work!

If I were to give Morgan a rate for price and installation, I would give 5 stars! Excellent. Best price out of 3 other quotes and installers (contractors not employees) were amazing.
Unfortunately, I paid in full after the install. prior to having the inspection and final trim completed. It took well over a month, and multiple calls to get the inspector and final service completed. Then when it was scheduled they didn't show up until about 6 pm and didn't finish until after 8:30.
I had asked to have them wash the windows as well but that wasn't possible. Now I am paying $800 for window washing.

Morgan exteriors are my go to guy's anytime I need home renovations. I have us them multiple times and they have never let me down. The latest project installing hardy board on the complete exterior of my home these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park as I am ocd and very picky they have made me 100% completely satisfied with zero hassle , great quality and reasonable prices

I found this company researching businesses that replace windows in Tampa. While viewing their social media page I saw that they run a $15k home makeover sweepstakes so I entered the contest. The contest page ask for your contact info and your agreement for their solicitation which I agreed to since I wanted to speak with them anyway.
The next morning after I had submitted my info thy called me like crazy. At first I didn't know who it was because the number shows as "Seamless Communications" and not the company's name. I didn't have time to speak with them until they called two more times the following day. I spoke to a rep and told him that I was interested in getting a quote for windows and a separate quote for a door replacement. They preface the whole call as the sweepstakes call and keep saying things like "if you win the sweepstakes". I genuinely was interested in a quote to submit to my mortgage company who is holding funds for a window replacement. I explained this to the guy. He understood and scheduled me for a Sat. afternoon appt which would be about 90 mins long.
One day before the appt. I get a call from another rep to confirm the next day appt. which I confirm. She then ask me to verify that it is not for an insurance claim. I told her I explained to the guy that I need an estimate to submit in order to pay for services. She said they don't give that type of estimate and which I curiously ask, "what type of estimates do you all give?" (because whaaat?!!) She then explains they don't give itemized estimates.
Luckily I have another company already coming out on Sat to give me an estimate. Now I just need to find another company or two to compare quotes.
This place was a huge waste of time, unless of course I win the $15k, which I doubt will happen after they see this review because I'm sure it's either a scam to get them to come out to your house and give you an inflated estimate that they don't itemize for that purpose or they choose the "winners" themselves. ;)Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Eric R.Daytona Beach, FL08Nov 9, 2023
This company stinks do not use them to put cabinets in your house. They will do a bad job and force you to pay them anyway. The company they use for counter tops is worse they they are.

This is my second time using Morgan exteriors for my windows. As usual they were on time and very professional. Blake Kunish was very knowledgeable about the product and company and took his time to explain all aspects of the project to us so that we could make a well informed decision. If your looking for a company who truly cares about their customers and does outstanding work, look no further then Morgan Exteriors. Be sure to ask for Blake Kunish!

Getting a one star because zero is not possible. Window installed in January and I still have an interior window not complete. They scheduled an appointment to come look at it but the no showed. Once they have your money they don't care.

Morgan Exteriors TeamMar 22, 2023Previous reviewI had all 13 windows ( not a small job) replaced in my home. Work was started the 2nd week of January 2023. Failed inspection 2 Febuary 2023 because they had not finished installing Storm Shutters however they had been quick to call and demand the balance due. Installation passed the second try but I am still waiting on them to come out and finish the job.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. I highly recommend before using their services to explore reputable contractors in area and absolutely do not commit yourself to signing a quote.

We went to the Sarasota home show and requested a appointment from this company. The representative they sent was a PIECE OF WORK! StarTed with small chit chat to break the ice BUT THAT IS ALL HE DID! Ran his mouth about how he is going to SHUT DOWN ALL Home improvement Companies and going on and on about how his wife didn't like this and didn't like that! WHO CARES I wanted a home painting quote. So finally he does the job and starts measuring the house and because he said he does not trust the satellite measurements HUH? Then he sits in his car ok working up the estimate. NO he come into out home asks if WE CAN GIVE HIM OUR WI-FI PASSWORD. What? We made a excuse about not knowing it and he replies that he is getting a strong signal from his car. So why is he asking for a PERSONAL WI-FI password? So then he is humming and humming for so long and we got impatient and told him we had a engagement and we needed to get ready. Just kept on Humming and chatting about NOTHING RELATED to the reason why he was here. This guy kept stalling doing what ever figures and we told him again we needed to be somewhere soon. This appointment was OVER A HOUR AND A HALF and going longer. We had no questions regarding the job but this guy just went on about SENSELESS things again UNRELATED to the job. I finally left the room to go and get ready so We were not going to be late and the price he quoted my Husband was more than twice friends of ours paid for their house painting and we have the same footprinT! My Husband threw him out of our home and NEVER AGAIN are we finding contractors from the home show! After seeing the HORRIBLE reviews I'm glad we dodged that bulletin!
