11107218Sep 29, 2022Morgan Cafe is attached to the 7 Eleven. It is a quaint little cafe for a fast meal. My wife enjoyed her grilled cheese sandwich (comes with 4 slices of cheese). I had the fish and chips. We were certainly pleased with the quick meal.

The kid that I thought was nice before, alllll the times before, tried to justify the reason the fish appeared overcooked and terrible tasting. I have a small window of time to eat. REMEMBER KID, I CHOSE YOUR PLACE TO EAT!!! So, at least act like you care!!! Dont justify why the fish tastes terrible. For 12 bucks incl my drink, it better taste good!!! I will give them one more chance after this, then I will not return! I mean really... if a customer came to me, as a business employee... I would see what I can do to make their visit pleasant and TO BE SURE THEY RETURN!!! This example today makes me feel like I dont want to return... BUT, their fish is usually really, really good!!! Nice tartar sauce, awesome fry sauce... I like em! Let's see where this goes...
Replacement food came... delicious. He did well... we will definitely rtn! Sometimes stuff happens... give their fish a try!

Their burgers are very decent. Nothing to write home about, but you get all the fixings and the staff is friendly, like you would expect in a small town. HOWEVER!!! Today, they really pissed me off. I kindly asked if they would substitute rings instead of fries as their fries are...uh...yuck. Potato logs are damn good and I recommend those over the fries. Ok, that being said, I asked and the lady was like "I can't do substitutions". Um, this is fried food in a 7-Eleven... are you serious? I was floored... how ridiculous! I would have gladly paid the upcharge for em too! I even told her that... Well, ugh... I hate complaining and seemingly pidgeon-holing a good place... They're usually very very nice... ya, not today. All I wanted was some onion rings with my fish. Ruined my day... Thanks 7-Eleven worker... sad sad sad... But do give em a try... sincerely. They're very nice on the restaurant side. Just for clarification tho, this is more like a bowling alley snack bar than a café... But I like em... they would have got 4 stars but the 7-Eleven worker just ruined it... their fry sauce is great btw!!! It has horseradish in it! LOVE IT!!!

A pretty good burger, and really good chicken strips, the burgers are not as good as they used to be but still pretty good.and Way better that J's down the road though.

Sometimes you feel a little greasy after finishing your meal but the flavor makes it totally worth it and there are no regrets.

Douglas O.Roosevelt, UT1495718Jul 15, 2016The cafe menu is amazingly uninteresting and uninspiring! Cheaper than the River Burger I just reviewed but wow... I'd rather fast than eat here. They do have gas but that is the only thing rating a one star. Again... Bathrooms are sorely lacking!
