LA Weekly's Besha Rodell says about our Cuban sandwich, "The real differentiator here is the quality of the pulled pork. Exceedingly juicy and flavorful, it takes the sandwich to another level of awesome." At Moore's Delicatessen we always offer Good Food, Good Wine, Good Beer.

We ate in the backroom, where all the wall art is! Awesome place, nice people and good food. I highly recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes!

Found this little place right in the middle of restaurant row and decided to try it. Well I didn't disappoint us.
You walk up to the counter and order, they give you a number and you take a table then they bring your meal to you. I was blown away with the food, my eggs were cooked perfectly so smooth and fluffy! I could of ate two plates. The Lox and bagel was also great there was enough salmon for another bagel plenty of tomato and onion and a sm cup of capers which usually you only get a few sprinkled on top. They carry all the old fashioned sodas which is a treat as it brings back old memories. Just keep eating and enjoy life liking for the next meal.Helpful 14Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - Jan 18, 2020
I've never been to Moore's Delicatessen, but I got lunch taken out at work once back in July. We didn't end up ordering from here again, so I guess my co-workers didn't love it, but I thought the food was reasonably tasty.
I got the curried chicken sandwich, and it was pretty solid. The chicken was a little bit dry, but it was at least nice and flavorful. It came with a small potato salad and two kinds of deli pickles. I also had a side of broccoli, and it was good, tender and well seasoned. I've had worse broccoli from fancier places.
Moore's may not be a destination deli or anything, but I was pleased with my sandwich and sides and wouldn't have minded ordering them again. I'd certainly rather eat here than like Sweetgreen or Tender Greens any day of the week.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Jennifer S.Los Angeles, CA3884851925Jun 22, 2019
Um... driest sandwich I've ever eaten in all my life. I might as well have made an ACTUAL sandwich where I took two slices of bread to the beach, put some sand in the middle, pinched the sides of the bread, and got it poppin.
She was drrrryyyyyy girl! Godddddammmm! I was so disappointed with this banh mi... not only because she induced hallucinations of a dessert oasis, but because she was $9. No chips. No side... $9. I wanna fight the chef. I LOVE BANH MI aaaaand this was a boring shredded chicken nightmare. I think I legit lost a few tears having this for lunch when I'm working so hard.
This is the chicken you put in your chicken noodle soup isn't it. Ol lazy ass.... omg you can't grill chicken? You can't put no sauce on a hoe? No lil teriyaki? C'mon mayne! Just white, unseasoned, shredded chicken. Ugh. Shit look like the center of an Easter basket after you take out the chocolate. Honestly terrible. I damn near needed the hammer of Thor to bash me on the top of my head so I could swallow it! I. AM. CONFUSION. WHY. YOU. NO. PUT. SAUCE?!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Apr 7, 2018
in my quest to find the perfect Reuben sandwich, I think I have gotten pretty close here at Moore's Delicatessen. In a word the sandwich is amazing!
The Rubin Melt is served hot, with your choice of corned beef or pastrami, melted cheese and dripping sauerkraut on Fresh rye bread. This is absolutely one of the best Reubens I have had in a very long time. The sandwich comes with potato salad, which is good, and a deli pickle. Unfortunately I didn't care for the pickle, as it is more cucumber than pickle and it lacks some serious spice and punch. None the less, have I told you how amazing the Reuben sandwich is?!
Not the classic Deli style Vibe here, as you get with Canter's and Langer's , Etc. However Moore's Delicatessen has a lot of very good looking items on the menu, and the selection is quite vast. I will definitely be back but I probably won't try anything new for a while, as I will be craving that Reuben melt! The service here is also very friendly and quick, as my food came out in no time at all. What a great find here in Burbank. I will be back!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Mar 5, 2019
I love local places and i literally walk past this every day on my lunch walk. The place is well kept and clean, and has an inviting atmosphere. I got the grilled cheese sandwich (cheddar) on sourdough bread with raw onions. and it was a pretty standard cant-go-wrong grilled cheese! very crunchy bread, which is a MUST. I don't know if this was worth $8.76, but it was good.

Moore's was incredible! They have a pet friendly patio area that we took advantage of. The inside was bright and clean and the staff were very welcoming. (they gave us a bowl with water for the doggos). They have have a few dedicated parking spots on site. And they have quite a lot of inside dinning as well l.
They have a widely appealing menu as well as deli and cafe options. We both ordered burgers. They were cooked to perfection and we could tell they use the best, premium products available. Good size burgers too. I highly recommend you order an extra side of the potato salad because it is legit the BEST I have ever eaten. I was pleasantly surprised to find they carried bottled Cheerwine! (something only found in the Carolinas).
Great place for lunch or coffee with a friend, or to sit down with the family and have a meal (did I mention they have card and other games available to use freely).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Arax T.Sun Valley, CA105359616Aug 27, 2020
I just finished eating my lunch from Moore's deli, that we got from Postmates. And I was so impressed I had to come on here and review it.
The packaging is so thoughtful and thorough. They made sure the Tuna Melt stayed hot with a foil wrap, but a paper one first so they foil doesn't get cheesy, and a big paper one outside so it all stayed clean during delivery.
The quality of the meat is so good. Same for the cheese and bread.
The basket of Fries was enough for myself, my husband and our 6 year old boy to eat. That was cool.
The ranch tastes homemade it's amazing. Strong fresh dill flavor. I asked for avocado on the side and they had a nice container just for that, which I appreciated them not just throwing it next to the hot tuna melt in the same plate.
My son had a hot dog which he said was delish.
And grilled cheese (which we all ate).
For my husband I got the Italian sandwich, and he said it was very good. Huge. A little messy. But very good.
I will definitely be ordering from them again. This is exactly the type of business I wanna support locally and especially during COVID.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Philip H.Northridge, CA4464041Mar 12, 2019
Not bad, not bad at all!
Walking into the restaurant, I felt like I was in a hybrid mix of a deli shop and restaurant. Very homey and a place the locals would come and eat in.
Menu is extensive ranging from cold sandwiches to salads to bowls. Going through the selections, pastrami has always been my go to deli meat. I was a little shocked to hear that they don't have a pastrami burger. Disappointed initially, I opted to ask if I can add pastrami onto the burger and they said yes.
Went to the back of the diner to eat and dine. My food arrived and the one word I can describe my meal was that it was a hot mess. But in a good way. Couldn't wait to sink my teeth into it. First things first, I didn't even know how to pick it up. So I cut it in half and I was greeted with leafy greens. Very impressed. The pastrami was fatty and nice. But also, the Angus beef was delicious.
Not the best place but a good place to try out. I'll be back to try different deli meats.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - William A.Burbank, CA67196676Aug 20, 2018
Classic old school sandwiches with Boars Head. I chose the roast beef sandwich. The waitress there is super cool and makes sure things run smooth. They are located across from Burbanks Finest. Great hot soups and sandwiches and a clean shop. They also do pickling and sauces
