First time shipping a vehicle from NJ and the process was extremely easy from start to finish. The driver, Pavel, was awesome with communication and loaded the car without any issues. Thank you Pavel & Montway for a painless experience.

I moved a Jeep to and from Colorado to Florida. They are a no-fuss/no muss broker. All handled online. Their contractors are all professional and my Jeep came back in good shape. My only complaint was that the Jeep was covered in bugs when I got it back, but it did come back safe and sound.
Prices are pretty good. If you call them on the phone, you can usually save an extra $50. I didn't do it on the outbound trip, but I did on the inbound trip. Just something to keep in mind.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

TERRIBLE Experience with Montway
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Montway. The driver contacted me last minute, claiming he would arrive in just one hour. Do they think I sit around all day waiting for them? There was no advance notice of the exact day and time of delivery, leaving me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.
To make matters worse, upon arrival, the driver demanded an additional $200, stating that the company would refund me. However, despite multiple calls to Montway over the past weeks, I have yet to receive this refund. It's been a month since my car was delivered, and I'm still waiting.
The lack of communication and failure to fulfill promises reflect poorly on Montway's professionalism and customer service. I would caution others against using their services, as my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

Whatever you do, do not pay these people a DIME. They will take your money without providing service. I was told I only have to pay if I have a carrier scheduled to pickup the vehicle. They told me I had a carrier, but no real number to this carrier and then poof, the driver has truck issues and can't accept the load. I requested to cancel service and process a refund, because I now need to get this vehicle myself. They REFUSE to give me my $300 back and yet they haven't done a damn thing for me. It's going on Day 4. I only paid them because I was under the impression that I would have my vehicle soon.

Maybe it is just luck of the draw but when dealing with a company like this that brokers transportation like this I guess sometimes your going to be assigned a driver that makes you so untrusting of the process that you end up paying an exorbitant amount just to cancel. So $250 down the drain because their driver didn't want to pick the car at our home because he didn't think his truck would fit. Nevermind our neighborhood has semi's in it multiple times a day. The emails afterwards about how they charged me a cancelation fee but want me to consider them again in the future are just icing on the cake. Recommend to friends and family? I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies.

Somehow, A_aZ_n can track millions of tiny packages on a global basis, yet Montway has NO idea where an entire CAR is in its national shipping network . . . result? One hour notice of location and pick-up. Very inconvenient not knowing where or when your car is arriving.
And one would expect the car to be covered with highway dust on an open transport . . . but inside? Yes, when you ship, ask them to close the vehicle's windows when they load the car. I actually had such a great experience with this company. This was my first time shipping my car so I was really nervous. What stood out to me was I was able to get a hold of someone during weekend hours rather than wait until the weekday to schedule a pick up/ speak with customer service.
They were very on top of communication and provided me all the information and updates throughout the process. They used Laguna logistics as the transporters and it went so smoothly! Driver was so professional and kind and they were able to deliver my car from New Jersey to Michigan by the next morning! I tried to use Montway to ship my car and after going through the entire exercise of booking with them they called me the next day only to tell me they could not use my credit card because I was suspicous and insisted on an ACH payment. This is not the #1 auto transport company to work with.

Request started on 3/35 to have car shipped by 4/18.ou y
They promised pickup by the 9th...nope! then the 12th....no show! then by 4/14, then it s gonna be Wed 17th.....excuse after excuse.
