Had chana curry, dal, rice plate. Very good, generous portion, but could have used some chutney to add some zing. Also had pumpkin choc chip pie and Mexican hot choc.
Too bad they just closed for the winter- I would have loved to have eaten there again and again and again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bengta B.Salt Lake City, UT66640Sep 3, 2023
I love Moab Kitchen. It's hard to find quality vegan food in Moab. The ambiance is very relaxing. Their menu changes often, but you can usually find a current one on their IG page. They ask people to pay what they can for their meal which is awesome. If you do pay full price though, it's pretty expensive. They're only open 3 or 4 days a week and at different times, so check that they're open before you go. Dog friendly spot too! They even have a little water bowl for pups to use.

I finally got to try Chef Christina's vegan food that everyone raves about. Wow, I was not disappointed! I ordered nachos, jackfruit tacos, and a smoothie. The nacho "cheese" was actually really good combined with the rest of the fixings. I have to be honest, never actually tried jackfruit as a meat alternative before this but I was pleasantly surprised with the smoky seasoned flavor, those tacos were awesome! Smoothie was a bit small but super refreshing in the Moab heat. You could tell that the food is made with LOVE! I am definitely not vegan but was impressed nonetheless, keep up the great work!

This was probably the best place we ate at during our 10-day Colorado/Utah trip this summer. Really great vegan food. Healthy but still full of flavor. We tried several items on the menu because we couldn't choose between them. They were all great. We liked this place so much that we went back a second night to round out the next night's meal.

We stopped here for a little dessert - got the peanut butter cup and one of their homemade kombucha. Both were absolutely delicious!! Would love to come back for a full blown meal next time we are in town visiting.
The seating is outside in like a garden area with some nice vibes!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lori C.Lafayette, IN15339Sep 23, 2022
Absolutely delicious and fully plant based. The post-flood location is cute and down a side road. Best plant based option in Moab, and even if I was still a meat eater I would come here. Flavorful, good portions, and cooked with love. This place will be my new go to in Moab.

Wow! Absolutely loved this place! A few menu choices that rotate from what it sounded like each week. The ambience outside the food truck is cute.
1. It is pay what you can but they have suggested prices listed. Also it is CASH or VENMO only if you are going to bring money, bring one of those options.
2. 100% vegan food YAY! they also had gluten free options
3. the staff was friendly, cheerful and knowledgable. They genuinely seemed happy to be there.
4. Its a little tucked away and you feel like you might be headed the right direction. If that is you, well then you are headed to the right place.
Would definitely be back if I go to moab again, I love the pay what you can concept and i also loved that it was homemade plant based food and it was so delicious!Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0 - Aleesia W.Columbus, OH1915724Nov 7, 2021
I'm vegetarian, but prefer to eat vegan, so I was so happy to find this place in Moab before going into the national park. I asked if they were able to make something I saw on Yelp (a chard or collard wrap/taco) because I wanted something light before hiking and they had a very limited menu--The young lady working immediately went over to the nearby garden to pick veggies for it. She asked the young man in the food truck to make it for me and he was more than happy to.
The kindness that flows throughout this place is beautiful. To add, the environment is so cute and relaxing. The plant-based food is fresh and delicious, and is garden to table (literally). While the suggested prices seemed a little high for the amount of food you get (we are from Ohio where everything is super cheap lol), it is donation style. Basically, you pay what you wish to do. I paid the suggested price because they were incredibly sweet and clearly work hard to provide fresh veggies to their customers! I hope to go back soon. Great experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jessica T.San Francisco, CA02Oct 29, 2023

Awesome. Everything made fresh. Lavender kambucha yum! I had the curry plate special. My husband had a quinoa and tofu wrap thing that he loved. They moved a little further down the road. Comfy sitting areas. Loved it all!
