Terrific store, beautiful clothing and incredible client service. You pay for quality and Mitchell's oozes with quality. I need a set of blinders to wear after i pay at the register to avoid finding yet one more item i think might be a nice addition to the wardrobe. Shaban has been a class act to work with

Incredible store. Great product. Great staff. Fun experience. Expensive but worth every penny.

This was my first time in the store today and I was disappointed by my treatment from staff. I wasn't greeted by anyone or asked if I needed assistance. Also, when a designer was explaining her beautiful designs to me we were interrupted by a sales assistant introducing a client to the designer. The only difference I noted between myself and everyone else was that I was a person of color. I only assume they thought I didn't have money to spend. Little did they know I could've provided a lot of business for them. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

We had such a wonderful experience while browsing Mitchells. The price tags are pretty shockingly high, but this is where you get the best designer names and quality in the area. Thought the help would be as snotty as the patrons but they were actually incredibly nice. There is one man- I wish I could remember his name- a somewhat older gentleman who was I think the most helpful, nicest salesperson I've ever encountered (and made cappuccino for us!!). And I need all the help I can get with fashion, as I tend to get overwhelmed in large department stores, this store is the perfect size. They have an incredible men's department.

They also have the best Santa Claus every year and treat families to a wonderful Breakfast with Santa that is amazingly free.

Thanks Mitchells -- for the visits with Santa ever since our little one was 2 months old, incredible shopping experience and teaching me I was wrong - that shopping in a place where the snobbiest of the snobs shop doesn't mean you will be helped by snobby or aggressive staff. In fact, it was the nicest, and low-key staff I've ever been helped by!

Snobby place. Mediocre styles. I love how they have things that are literally last season on sale for full price when you can go on farfetch or netaporter to get stuff that's current or what's currently at Mitchell's on sale. Don't know how this place stays open. They do have a beautiful jewelry department but nothing that you can't find elsewhere ....

Five stars from me as where else can you shop at the same store you did while at boarding school? I still remember a bright red wool sweater I bought back then. Today's purchase was a slate gray silk camisole with matching Jean jacket - a stunning color. In between I've had lots of "firsts" here including my first dreamy Loro Piano cashmere sweater. Too bad no shoes can force me out of my flip flops as they have a lovely shoe department.

When I'm in town I enjoy going for the Saturday morning bagels and reading the papers there. For me, it's a very comfortable and warm environment.

I'm happy they have thrived over the years. Good job guys!

I was a first time customer when I ordered a beautiful dress from Mitchells earlier this year (at an amazing discount!) to wear for my wedding at City Hall. Although the dress didn't arrive in pristine shape and needed to be sent back for minor cleaning, Mitchells was very responsive, completely sympathetic to the issue and covered everything in a friendly, responsible and professional manner. I really appreciated their fantastic customer service and what could have been a disappointing experience turned out for the best. I look forward to shopping with them in the future.

Love this store. Love the mix of brands. Pure luxury. Great return policy and a personal shopper is super helpful. Great sales. Make sure to get connected with a sales person who will meet you each time you go to the store, otherwise it can sometimes be a challenge to get assistance.
