I wish I could give more stars than 5. Her room is so cute and relaxing even down to the music she plays!! I got eyelash extensions done and they look amazing. I told her I wasn't ready to get a volume set yet so we did hybrids. I told her I wanted them to look kind of natural but fluffy and she gave me the perfect set of lashes! Will definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know! I felt so bad because I had to use the restroom in the middle of her doing my lashes and she was so sweet about it and guided me down the hall to the restroom and didn't complain about having to tape my lower lashes again. Shes super sweet and my lashes look amazing I feel like I can't say enough good things about her.

Every time I come to see Jochael I leave feeling like a princess. She listens to client feedback very well and when I felt my first set was "a little too full" (sorry I like a more subtle look) she curated this look for me. She is very detailed oriented and has a nice soft touch. I honestly didn't think I would make lashes a habit but she may have converted me! Her studio is very comfy and the area has a good amount of parking. If you're looking to support a small woman owned business I'd recommend giving Jochael's spot a try. Great work, good conversation (if you want) and fair prices for the area.

Omg! I have been getting my lashes done for sometime now, and honestly I have never had any lash stylists do my lashes exactly the way I wanted. Until I found Rocheal! She is a artist who has mastered her craft and she actually listens to what you want. Honestly these days when I find a stylist that's as good as Rocheal, whether it be for my nails , makeup, lashes or even hair I feel like I just won the lotto. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is hands down the nicest human being. The time flew by. I absolutely adore her and you will too!

I've had my eyelashes done by several different people on many occasions, and yet they've never lasted for me because from day one they didn't feel comfortable. I decided to try Ms. Jmar one last time because I love the lash look, and I have a wedding on Saturday. I am so glad that I did. I could instantly tell that I was gonna love these lashes. I had no pain, and usually my eyes are red but not with her. I couldn't even feel that I had them on. She did such a great job. I am on day three and so far none of the lashes are falling out, which usually tends to happen to me by day two and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be going back for refills.

I loved my experience here! My lashes are so pretty and natural looking, which is just what I asked for. Her space is super cute and clean too. I'll definitely go back again.

My experience here was by far the best! I was in desperate search to find a lash bar that was local. I became obsessed with my lashes when I got married back in April. My husband as well LOVES them and encouraged me to find a local place as my gal who did them for my wedding was 2 hours away.

It took me several months to finally find MY PLACE! I searched yelp for places checked reviews and stumbled accords MissJMar Beauty. From the moment I called I felt at "home"! Mark answered my 1 million questions my daughter had asked on my behalf to then speaking to me with 2 million more questions. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and knew what I needed! To my surprise I was booked the next morning.

I choose to go with their current promotions of using Celisha as she had several years experience but new to the company.


Pros: 50% off first set, Celisha was amazing and very welcoming. Staff answering phone helped me tremendously. Location is in a shopping center so PLENTY of parking. Lash bar was very comfy.

Cons: ZERO!

Loved the lash lift done by jochael! it was so much more lifted than other places but still felt natural & it lasted the same amount of time as the others as well. took off a star only bc it took a little longer than an hour and i'm used to last lifts taking 40-45 minutes but i'd definitely go back and maybe that time was just a one off!

I had a lash lift and love it! This is the second time I went to MissJMAR and I am thrilled she is back! Great experience overall highly recommended. Thank you a ton

Update:

Jochael called me after I left my original review to discuss my lash lift and offered a REFUND via voicemail. I was pleased to hear that she was willing to discuss my lash lift and offer an additional free follow up lash lift or REFUND if I was unsatisfied.

When I returned Jochael's phone call I was sent to her voicemail. I told her that I appreciated the offer of a free follow up last lift, but I'd prefer a refund since the ultimate outcome of my lash lift was so poor.

Jochael texted me in response to my voicemail and said, "Hi rosalee, I got your voicemail. I'm currently out of town until the 31st. I will give you a call as soon as I can. "

I responded the next day and said, "sounds good. Talk with you then!"

She did eventually call me back days later. I followed up with a text message to set up a time for us to discuss my lashes and the REFUND she offered me via voicemail. She didn't respond to my first text so I followed up with another one. Days later she sent me a text response that is the same copied and pasted response from the yelp review.

I've included text message screen shots showing that I did my due diligence in following up with setting up a meeting to discuss the offered REFUND and lash lift.

She's now no longer offering me a REFUND, even though I have voicemails from her saying she would give me one.

I find it ironic and poor business practice that it's ok for her to be allowed to take days to get back to me, not respond to my text messages in a timely matter, then go back on her word of a REFUND.

With that being said, I now have an even lesser opinion of your lash establishment since a REFUND was initially offered via voicemail and is no longer being considered. I'll be sure to mention that in my follow up reviews elsewhere and will keep the voicemail recordings to provide the BBB when I filed a complaint there as well.

I had volume full set eyelashes from her two days ago. The result didn't meet my expectations.
1. Lashes are a way less than " volume " I spent $220 and 2 hours with her, I would expect more. I have been wearing eyelashes extensions for 5 years. Volume set is at least to put 5 lashes per nature lash. She only put on 3 lashes.( see photos).
2. She glued lashes wherever she can, lashes should be glued to close to root but she glued them to body of lashes. My lashes look like fireworks!! ( see photos)
Yesterday i went to another salon to fix it because I don't think she has the skills I am looking for, so I didn't return to her to fix it. Another salon stylist did volume set for me, compare to hers, she didn't do good job. I contacted her to ask refund but she blocked my phone number. She is not a responsible business owner!!
