MINT MARBLE AND RESTORATION IS AMAZING!!!!
My floors are marble and they just did not shine or show their beauty until MINT Marble and Restoration finished restoration, polishing and sealing! Oh my gosh! Such a beautiful job! They prepared by placing plastic and covering furniture before they started the job! They moved all my furniture before the started and placed every piece back when they were finished!!!!!!

I lived in this house my entire life of 46 years. I have never seen the terrazzo look like this. Showroom finish. They did an awesome job. I was last minute and they bent over backwards to accommodate me.

Craig and crew did an ama big job. He showed up in a flash and we negotiated a fair price and they started the next morning. Our new location needed an old ugly floor removed and the stone needed a lot of work but in a few days it looked amazing.

Where do I begin? Craig Vance, the company owner, talks a really good game in trying to convince you to hire him. Based upon the examples he provided along with his experience and BIG machines that he stated his team would be using, I did agree to hire him and his company. This was for Terrazzo Restoration. BIG Mistake!

This should have taken up to a week or more to complete based upon my own research and conversations with other providers. His team came in and worked for 2 days. While traveling I was told that the floors were not looking good by my GC. I called Craig and mentioned that they should be using a peroxide solution and to cover the floors with plastic, re-applying every day. He stated that he would do this however he simply poured peroxide on the floor one time and mopped it up.

Upon returning and seeing the finished product, I was aghast! There was remnants of dirty water throughout the house, inside and out and in the bathrooms where his team was pouring the gritty/slough that his machines picked up.

Walls were damaged, areas of the terrazzo were damaged with pieces coming up and the staining on the floors was still present. It was easy to see where his team "rushed" as you could see where the machine they used missed many areas leaving somewhat of a zebra stripped effect. My GC and others saw the results and were pretty shocked as well. I called Craig and within a few hours he came over to inspect. I showed him all of the areas of concern and he then stated he was color blind and could not see what I could see.

He stated that we should now "crystallize" the floors. Mind you this is a BIG No-NO for terrazzo and a topic that Craig and I discussed weeks prior where he stated that he NEVER does that process as it permanently damages the floors. I still have the document where stated this. Finally I stated to him, "Craig, if this were your mother's home, would you be happy presenting it to her?" and his response was "No!". I then said "why would you try to pass this off as quality work?" and I received no response.

I told him to come up with a better solution within the next few days. He said that he would hire and bring in a terrazzo shine expert to inspect. I said "Craig, aren't you the expert? Isn't that why I hired you????".

Thankfully I only paid him 50% of the job. Instead of a solution, days later he began demanding the remaining payment as he had not paid his workers and they were getting anxious. I told him that I would not make that payment based upon the poor performance and the damage his people caused.

This is where he began threatening me with a lien against my property both through voicemails, text messages and and emails. These escalated into full blown threats to the point where I had to file a formal notice of No Trespassing to him and any agent of his company.
I am going to work with the BBB to attempt to get my initial monies returned. I cannot in any good faith recommend Mint Marble or any business Craig Vance may be representing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Craig Vance and his very able crew. I got Craig's number from a neighborhood friend who used him to polish her marble and recommended him. I wanted to have my marble floor cleaned and sealed. His people arrived on time, protected the area, and did a beautiful job. I plan on using him again soon, and would recommend him, without reservation, to others

I had the marble tiles throughout my house cleaned and polished by Mint Marble. 5 people worked all day for 3 days straight. They filled in holes, got down on their hands and knees and gave extra attention where needed. The owner Craig stayed on top of his workers and checked in with me regularly. He really impressed me with his knowledge of marble tile. All in all, everyone involved was very pleasant and personable. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Craig and Mint Marble. The crew came on time,were extremely neat,papered my walls to prevent splattering and the end result was super shiny buffed marble floors.Craig was referred to me by another friend who had a similar experience.

We have a small condo with limestone floors throughout. They came in and moved furniture for me as well as spent a lot of time testing an area to my satisfaction for just the right finish. The floors had several problem areas and they did a pretty good job of fixing them. My only complaint was the price seemed too high. But the team took their time and did a good job.

Great group of guys. Mint Marble was a pleasure to work with. From the start the owner Craig explained the process, what I should expect and gave me a more than reasonable price. His crew worked 5 days to bring back to life Limestone floors I thought would never look good again. In fact I was so happy I extended the job to include the second floor, roughly 3,000 feet total. The crew was on time, very clean and really cared about the finished product. For once a Florida contractor I did not have to babysit and fight to get what I'm paying for. Highly recommend Craig and his crew at Mint Marble. He goes on the keep list!!
