Went here for the first time in 6 months, WHAT HAPPENED! It's like the bottom dropped out. Pros: Wait staff was wonderful. Cons: Food was brutal, maybe it was the Sunday night cook but they really screwed my girlfriend's meal over. My Ruben was okay but I've had way better. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw this place on a future episode of Kitchen Nightmares. WHAT HAPPENED? It will be a while before I walk in there again.

Update: I googled the diner and found out it was closed by health inspector in January but not for being dirty, it was closed because management and the staff were in open revolt against each other. The Millers have not owned the place for a while and this place looks like it's living on it's past without looking to it's future.

Lived in Northampton during my high school years, have since moved to Bethlehem. Having fantastic diners like Billy's, Miller's is just a waste.

Have heard they had issues with with inspections. Not surprised.

It's hit or miss with the food most times but the biggest reason I give it 4 stars are the people that work there . I am always treated like a human , being a open transgender lady you sometimes have to be careful about places you go. Keep up the good work

I really wanted to like this place. I love diner food and this place is close to home, unfortunately, however; no matter how many times I go back I always leave disappointed.

Worse breakfast ever. First the waitress smelled like a cigarette so badly. Second my omelette wasn't cooked and the home fries where so greasy and under cooked. My sons potatoes where in the other hang over cooked. Seems like the potatoes where so old. I won't recommend this please to anyone . Bye the manager or owner was no where to be seen!!!!

yah - this place is terrible. Went there Saturday night into Sunday AM. Only one group in the place and we waited for ten minutes for service. Finally the guy showed up and asked what I wanted to drink. Since I wasnt sure if I wanted breakfast or dinner, I was undecided. Got menus and ten more minutes went by while the waiter and waitress sat at the counter talking and texting. Finally I said to my wife lets get out of here at which pont the waiter showed up and advised it was my fault he didnt come back to take our order because I didnt know what I wanted to drink. I said we were leaving and his response was good go - get out of here.

This place used to be hopping at that time of night on a weekend, now it is dead. I assume they will soon be out of business and deservedly so. I would never ever return to this place and their demise is the fault of their own.

AND AS PREDICTED - THE SIGN ON THE DOOR TODAY SAYS - CONDEMNED

Moving to Northampton, I've always been a big fan of diners so I was excited to have one right down the road but this place disappointed. The wait staff was courteous but slow. This wouldn't be a big deal but the food was just terrible. I usually give places more than one try and I went here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and every meal I got was really poor quality. Wasn't surprised when I heard they failed a health inspection and were shut down.

Listen, growing up in the Northamoton area Miller's was a staple. Everyone went to eat there! The last few times I was there I was disappointed and absolutely disgusted.
First the service was terrible! Our waitress was nice but absent, the host was SO rude, and clearly the "cooks" were ok with serving poor quality items. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and received chicken over BROWN lettuce. I asked if I could possibly have something more fresh and their reply was that was all they had!
The absolute last time I was there it was like 2:30am after the bar with a group of maybe 10 or so. Our waitress was great and we all ordered breakfast food which was all fine. So when our check came my boyfriend decided to take care of it and leave the tip. So as were walking out this older woman comes chasing after us in front of the whole restaurant yelling "you didn't even too your waitress get back here" so right after she says this our waitress comes from the back room and tells her she found it! Ha, thanks for embarrassing us should have taken the $20.00 back. Rude. You couldn't pay me to go eat their food!
