Mike's Towing Service

So nice and friendly.
They were easy to deal with and really helpful. I waited about 40 minute, which is completely reasonable.
Towing is expensive with the cost of diesel fuel, but this was a good ride and they took good care of my car.

I called to get my car towed after getting a flat tire. The guy working named Jose was really nice and respectful. He kept in contact and was able to pick my car up less than an hour later, much sooner than he originally told me it would take. I gave him my key because he said he could drop it off at the auto shop for me, super sweet guy who did his job well, I would recommend.

They were very courteous and responded quickly. They also kept me up
to date on how close the truck was. Great servic! Definitely recommend Mikes towing service :)

Jose was responsive and much appreciated. After AAA cancelled on us and I couldn't find another private tow company on a Saturday evening, Jose was there within the hour. Easy to set up and communicate through the ordeal. I highly recommend

i can'tspwakb for every driver but the one I encountered yesterday really needs to take a refresher driving course. maybe even an eye exam. (black tow truck pulling a white Impala) 6/15/23

I needed a flat tire replaced, Jose came over. Was prompt, extremely courteous and fixed it perfectly. Can't recommend them highly enough- if you're in a jam- call mike's towing, they will help you out.

Had an appointment at Temple University this morning at 9:30 am. My pops dropped us off at the entrance while he went to go find parking and waited in the car for us until my appointment was done. My mom and I are walking back to the car and get the bad news from my pops, the car ain't working. We called and called and called, no one answered, no one helped us. We waited in the car for FOUR HOURS while my dad waited SEVEN in the cold until someone answered the phone and couldn't be greatful enough that Mike's answered. They also got to us fairly quickly too. The guy (I don't remember his name) also warmed us up in his truck while loading our car. Nice man. If it would've been for them, we don't know what we would of done without them. Thank you and God bless

Beware! Don't trust them! I called because my car wouldn't start. They told me it would be a two hour wait. I made the mistake of believing them. 4 hours later I tried calling them. No answer. I left a message. No response. They abandoned me completely.
It's the next day. They never called back. Don't use this horrible company!!!

My friends car broke down on 95 at 9:30 am. I have him on my AAA so we called them at 9:30 and they said they put him on priority since he was in dangerous spot on the highway but it could take up to 3 hours. 3 hours go by and still not there so call them an hour later and they tell us the ETA is saying 5 1/2 hours more like wtf. Meanwhile he's still sitting in the car on 95 waiting. I google tow truck drivers and called 2 and no answer and then called Mike's Towing and they answered and said they could be there in an hour. They showed up in that hour and towed him from Philly to Langhorne. Super grateful that I found them. And Triple A = save your $$$, a freaking joke.
