Use or rely on these a-holes at your own risk, but don't complain later on for not having been warned! Read other negative postings below, as well, and please take them seriously!
I called them two weeks in advance, we agreed on the date, time and pick-up location, but 10 min. to pick-up time they tell me their driver hit a deer and there's no back-up plan. You know, they should've thought of a better lie, instead, and even had the nerve to suggest rescheduling the ride on a different date when I was supposed to get to the airport on that day.
I will certainly file a complaint with every police station on a 500-mile radius, city halls, transportation boards, travel agencies and even the IRS to check'em up thoroughly, as I bet their finances aren't legit either, and make sure no one else in this country or broad will ever do business with them again. It's dangerous to have such bast"e"rds operate near colleges & universities having a significant number of foreign staff, students and visitors.

WOW! I typically try to avoid creating an opinion based off of strangers reviews..... BUT this is one I should have!
The Midwest staff/owner are possibly the rudest, unprofessional, undereducated taxi service I have ever come across.
Exposed to Covid-19 ( hopefully the cleaned their vans) based off of their level of intelligence this is highly unlikely.
You can leave a message with their staff, and they will never call you back and or pass on the message to arrange pick up and drop off.
They are unclean, poor personal hygiene and very sketchy.

I was going to give this company 5 stars, but I was told I'd be receiving a receipt for my $170.00 cab ride for 3 days now. Each time it's been put off until later that evening, or the next day. My company has to reimburse me for it, but how if I can't present a receipt? If you're running a business you need to give your customers an invoice, or have a petty receipt booklet handy. I find this highly unprofessional, and as far as utilizing their service again.. looks like that's a no go for me.

Had a reservation for 6:00 am to catch the shuttle to MSP, Didn't show and didn't answer the phone. Would leave one star if I could.

DO NOT CALL THIS CAB COMPANY!!! To start, we had a large group on Memorial Day weekend on a Saturday night. We called at 11:30pm because we knew it would be busy. They show up at the end of the night and another group jumped into the cab in front of us. We asked the driver to find out who's name was on the cab and he had no idea. Strike 1. No big deal, asked him to hurry back. He took about an hour... We split our large group into 2 groups to go approx 8-10 miles. Keep in mind we told them this in the initial phone call. I stayed behind with the 2nd group and the cab got back quickly. He rolls down the window and says "Get in the cab, your friends are on the side of the road!" WTF?? Strike 2! The cab driver told the group he wouldn't take us to our destination because it was too far and he was too busy to drive that far! Are you kidding me, 8-10 miles?? A member of the group argued and he pulled over and told them to get out, in the middle of nowhere and 5 miles from our destination!!! After the 2nd group gets in the cab, we ask to get dropped off with he other group, but he wouldn't do it claiming he had to get us home safely. Really, now you care about getting responsible, intoxicated patrons home? I argued, he pulled over even further from the destination and told us to get out! STRIKE 3!! Now this cab company has dropped 2 large groups on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere! I'm pretty sure their insurance policy wouldn't be happy to hear this.
I live in Mpls and take a lot of cabs. This is by far and away the WORST cab company I have EVER dealt with! If you can't fulfill your obligations and can't deal with a couple intoxicated individuals, who are completely in the right, you should not be in this business!!! I hope the driver isn't the owner and if he isn't, he should be fired immediately!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
