Just returned from this Midas location in Simi Valley and could not be more pleased with the professional and honesty in the care for my car. Jeff Patey, the General Manager, found found critical issues that needed attention. These were not noted by other companies I visited for routine oil changes. Hopefully our Honda Civic will last another 100,000 miles! If you want to be treated fairly and obtain great service for your car, I highly recommend this Midas shop. Plus at reasonable prices!

I trusted them to service my truck for just an oil change. When it came back, we noticed that something is not the same. After returning the truck over to them, I was told that there was a broken part that would cost us about $800 to fix. Wow, my truck was working one day and it just happen to brak overnight after they did a maintenance to it? Give me break!

Anyway, please don't take my word. Bring your car here and find out yourself if this is a good shop or not. As for me, nah I won't bring any of our cars here ever.

Manager is a total a-wipe. Many unnecessary and rude comments. Tried to charge me $700 AFTER a "$100 off coupon" for repairs I didn't need after I went in just to get my break pads changed. Women beware

I actually enjoy coming to this place of business. Although I feel that they are a bit pricey, I just like the atmosphere here. It reminds me of being back home in Tennessee. The Manager is pretty straight forward, a bit abrasive, but you just have to understand to not take the tone personally.

Had some brakes put on my car, and he was honest by giving me a first time customer discount. That isn't listed on the website, or in-store so I appreciate the honesty there. Overall, good quality of work here and trusted brand

The best review. This business has been so wonderful and convenient. I accidently blew out my rim, and tge wonderful receptionist drove all the way to Santa Clarita and knocked it out of the park to help me fix my vehicle to allow me to drive home to SFV. The employees are so awesome. Especially Jeff. The best car care service. And I extremely trust them so honest and caring!!!!

On the off chance they could repair my vintage 1081 Honda CX500 motorcycle. I had the weld from my muffler to the frame of the bike break. They not only helped me they went WAY out of their way to fix my motorcycle. They have a life long customer.

The manager of this place is a complete asshole not only to his customers but to his own employees as well. He refused to change my oil because I wouldn't accept his up-sell to the most expensive oil they had. I came in with a coupon for the oil I wanted and he refused to do it, would only service me if I got the most expensive oil possible and they didn't have a coupon for that oil coincidently. Ended up going to Oil Changers in Simi Valley, just a few streets down. Took only 15 minutes, for exceptional service and the prices are unbeatable. Don't waste your time giving this douche bag Jeff your business who will only try to rob you

Best place to get your car serviced!! Excellent service --and after my recent service my car is running even better. Dealership told me I needed a bunch of work on my sons car (boot joint) and Jeff saved me a lot because I didn't need all the things the dealer recommended. Honest and trustworthy!!

I have been in search for a place that I can trust to diagnose my car brakes. From the moment I entered this establishment I felt at ease as I was greeted by Jeff the owner. He asked a few questions and had his technician do a test drive and within 20 mins at best he knew exactly what was wrong with my brakes! I had taken my Honda to two different dealers for routine maintenance and every time I heard that nothing was wrong with them. Jeff described in detail what was done and not done at the dealer and within two hours my car was ready to be picked up. I can't tell you what peace of mind good brakes gives me and how happy I was to pay the bill. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles for service to Midas in simi valley. Highly recommend this place! Brought my girlfriends 2012 Edge to get the brakes done. Everyone was very helpful and the service was excellent! Jeff noticed an issue with the brake booster and now the car is at the dealer getting that replaced under warranty. Took about two hours for pads to be replaced and rotors to be turned. I will definitely be back next time I need brakes and I will recommend them to friends and family.
