I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial and went in for Juvederm. I have had this procedure done before so I was not so much nervous about the injection but what the results would look like since this would be a new doctor since I moved.

I met with Dr. Michelle Spring and I was VERY happy!! When I previously had this done my doctor in Orange County did what he thought looked best, and while I was happy with the results I was very pleased that Dr. Spring would stop, let me look and see if I wanted to go further before injecting anymore. She was super nice and very informative when I had questions about procedures.

I can appreciate her honesty and not trying to push or oversell anything else. I just went in yesterday so I am still a tad bit swollen, but that is normal based on my experiences. Nobody has even mentioned anything at work though, which is exactly what I wanted!!

I do highly recommend her and will go back in the future for follow ups and additional injections.

I received a voucher from livingsocial for an full face IPL photofacial as a big birthday gift. When I called to make an appointment, they were booked up for two months, they asked me to call back. I did and now they tell me that the $400 that my friend had in mind for that treatment has expired and now I can only use $99 toward something else.
I was so upset. I didn't want to bother my friend who gave me the gift, so I called living social, and they can't do anything about it either other that have my friend ask this place to refund her money. I won't do that to her. They can shove it. Plus the receptionist at this institute was rude and argumentative, she couldn't care less.

Highly DON'T recommend this place. I have to words RIP OFF!! Yes the place is very nice and clean but not so friendly. I had a consult with Dr Michelle Spring and was not impressed @ all. After I spoke with Katy the financial coordinater and quoted me $9000 for a breast augmentation. I went to other Offices right after and was quoted half that price!! But hey if u have $ to burn go there why not..

I had the same exact experience as Robert. The result of my surgery was terrible and Michelle spring was rude about it. After she disfigured my body she made me feel like I bothered her. Please protect yourselves go to a different plastic surgeon.

I recently went to Dr. Spring for a breast lift and augmentation and could not have been happier with my results. Dr. Spring listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The office staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. i am one week post op and i would have no reservation to highly recommending Dr Spring.to my own sisters or friends. I am suprised with how fantastic my results are. I wish i would have found Dr Spring and done the surgery years ago. I am 51 this year and my body has never looked better not even when i was in my 20s. My stomach is so flat and my breasts are in perfect shape and position. This is one week after surgery and i know i am still very swollen. I cannot express with words how happy i feel. Dr Spring and her nurse are the absolute best. Before surgery and after surgery i feel i have had VIP treatment ..all my many many questions were answered all my concerns addressed and my results are perfection. if you are considering a tummy tuck or breast lift please go online do your research then schedule a consultation with Dr Spring. My scars are so thin and again my results so fantastic it just speaks volumes to her skill level and expertise.

I had a terrible experience at my consultation. I drove 5 hours to see Dr Spring. She was 1 hour late into the appt and only spent 5 minutes with me. She didnt even ask me what outcome I was expecting or what I should expect! She said she didnt have time to discuss other procedures I had interest in for self pay. Next I was spoken down to very rudely by the insurance biller who came into the consult room, basically calling my a liar with friends in high places for what I needed done. This surgery was pre-authorized by the Veterans Medical Center. I left very upset. This consult was PAID for! 2 weeks later the office called me and said Michelle is choosing to drop me as a potential patient. Don't forget to read the fine print in the agreement form that says there could be students observing your surgery as well as resident students practicing on you. Not impressed AT ALL and absolutely frustrated by how it all went. I would give zero stars if I could. Front office staff were not warm or welcoming either on consult day.

Dr. Spring and her staff are candid and transparent, and if you listen carefully and ask questions, you won't be disappointed. This is a solid medical practice and skin care center, these are professionals with a true commitment to quality and safety. I have been very pleased with the treatments I have received and the lower face lift to improve my jawline - I work in healthcare and physicians I work with asked who did my work because they think it is excellent.
