if I could give that place one store I would I went over there yesterday to have my nails done. I usually do everything all by myself but this time I wanted to please myself and have someone else do it. that please charge me $113 in total, when I asked the lady why is it 113? She said the dip full set It's $55 and the fact that she shape it like a coffin it's five dollar extra and a long nails for five dollar more . I also included a picture so we can see the long nails. my toes were $33 plus the gel is 15 so in total is 113. why would I pay 113 for that? the next day which is today I'm trying to open a soda my thumbnails broke and when I went back for them to fix it, they said I have to pay an extra $10. I would never go back to that place ,that is a waste of money And my time

I love love love the employees here! Very prompt and friendly. I can see the owner prides in healthy and clean products. There is endless color options brands and choices! She has a huge variety of dipping powders and the newest gel polish collection whether it be bio gels and healthy polishes! I always walk in without an appointment and get served right away!

Always great service. Kind people and good pricing. I've even brought my child with me and they are always very patient

I rarely ever write reviews but first off rip off. It does not cost $40 to file my gel off,
file down my acrylics because it was uneven to put gel back on. Let me remind you this is spur of the moment. My nail lady was busy and I melted about 3cm of my nails from grilling food. My nails aren't even quality. Her filing is a mess. Crooked of course but I knew. She didn't even remove every bit of color properly. It is just to get by because I have a wedding to attend today: I even used bubble bath as a color because I already knew it was going to be a mess. She didn't even want to give me a 3rd coat. She did not fill my nails nor my cuticles. Nothing. Just gel color change and filing down my nails. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother here. Just a leech for your money for negative star nail work.

The worst place and the worst and least professional people you can encounter in this business. My friend and I came today to do gel manicure- they told us it would take 15 minutes before they can work on us.. it has been an hour and no one even approached us.. we asked them to put the foil to remove the gel.. and they kept accepting other customers not worrying that people are sitting and waiting..
when we decided to leave the So called manager.. stormed at us.. flushing red and upset .. because we decided to leave.. when I said you should at least apologize for the wait.. she said we were not nice customers..
I will never come back to this place and will make sure to report her behavior and the way she stormed at us infront of other customers .. and for charging us 15$ for removing a gel manicure when she initially said that was for free..
I would never recommend a such unprofessional place to anyone!

If there was an option for no stars that's what I would've chosen but unfortunately I had to pick at least 1 star to do a review. Mind you; I NEVER do reviews, but after this terrible experience/ waste of my time/ most horrid full set I've gotten in my 20 years of getting nails, I just had to do this. Of COURSE this place is in a mall, mall Nail salons are terrible all around !!! First of I only went here because my bf got me a gift card to this place for V day, which it's not his fault he didn't know how this was gunna be and neither did I since I never came to this nail salon, the owner did my nails, and I knew after my nail that was glued on was crooked and I just MENTIONED it, after her reaction I knew it was only going to get worse... so a few things, her attitude was the worst and most uncomfortable since she was in charge of my nails and she was just def not a friendly person and u can tell she doesn't have the customers in mind but the MONEY the customers have. So when she was filing my nails she cut me 4 different times, once with the electric filer, and acted like nothing as my fingers were bleeding, then I went to wash my hands before the color and I showed her and asked for something to stop the bleeding, (which every nail place does it's a green liquid) and they did have it but she just STARED at me with the most annoyed look on her face like im asking the world of her and then she grabbed the liquid for the cuts... then originally I just wanted French white tips for my color and she was bragging sayin she can do anything i want and her '23 years' experience yadda yadda so I showed her one I had on my photo roll (horrible pics below) but it's a spin on white tips... which I have gotten before at my salon I go to in southie but like I said , mine as well use the gift card so I gave this spot a chance, so as she's doing it she kept messing up and removing it and she was getting frustrated and u can see it all over her face , buttttttt she said she can do anything and u can't do some white lines ?????? And get flustered ???? Anyways, she kept doin it over and y can tell at this point she just didn't care and wanted to rush it which she did and one nail looked horrible me, I mean all then do, but one was just unbearable so I asked for it to be redone and she started speaking Chinese and talkin to the other ladies and OBVIOUSLY they look at me like I'm Fcking dumb! Anyways , so I'm done and she says it's $95. I was BLOWN AWAY, WHAT IS $95!?!? It's acrylic set with gel polish and medium/short nails!! So I asked her to break it down since a full set says $35 on the menu ... and $10 for gel polish so that's 45-50$ these nails aren't no way even worth or LOOK $95!!!!!! I was horrified!!! She didn't even clean up around the nails they were full of the glue/acrylic and white nail polish around my nails , bleeding, the tips of the nail were all chipped half colored white half not, and she cut me 4 TIMES!!!!!!!! U would think to help me outa f u didn't even clean around them or lotion after or wipe my nails NOTHING. She was the worst nail tech I ever been too especially with her HORRIBLE attitude and her customer service!!! Ladies want what they want with their nails, she should t be UPSET when a customer asks or tells or mentions something wrong they want fixed, but no she huffs and puffs and ONLY WANT CUSTOMERS MONEY. Please do NOT waste ur time going here, it's not worth it financially or mentally !!!!

I always get the best treatment here. No matter what design I want, they provide. They are a no chemical all natural salon.

I had a wonderful experience at Michael's Place! Salon is neat and clean! Everyone is extremely friendly to deal with and I recommend coming here!

The gel manicures and pedicures are wonderful!

There was no wait which was great. However the service was terrible. The guy made my finger bleed twice. And all he said was "oh sorry". He didn't clean the previous nail polish off properly. He was rushing. The sides of my nails look terrible.
