I needed some tacos, after eating one hell of a crappy sandwich at Bristol Farms in Pasadena. While I'm driving back from LA, I was thinking I'll get off on 4th Ave off the 10 freeway, as I remember from awhile back they have about 3-4 Mexican fast food joints (go right). Passed Alfredo's, we all know how cut and paste there food is.
From the outside it looks like a pretty descent place. I have a big question to all Mexican fast food places, if you have a key to the bathroom, and you pretty much know only customers will be using it, why I repeat why can't you keep the bathroom clean. It take little effort to do it, crap hire one of the 4 million illegals running around California just to keep the front of the place and bathroom clean. Jesus Christ it's that simple. "OK I got that out"

The Tacos, I wanted to try the al pastor, but it was still being cooked, so it was the normal 2 tacos Asada and Pollo (chicken).

Pollo-Chicken Taco, the chicken was like a compressed piece of meat. (see picture) I can't really say that it was bad or good, just odd. It did have some OK flavor to it, with onions and cilantro. I added the red sauce that comes in the bottle. 3

Carne Asada Taco, the meat was very good had great flavor and cooked on point.
Seemed to have a small amount of tangy taste with some heat, maybe a little cumin or chili pepper in it. OK size pieces of meat, not to big, not to small. It also came with onion and cilantro. 4

Hot Sauce, it's very good, not that hot but still good, tasty, flavorful, stick to your taco, you could maybe hold your taco upside down or on its side, it's not going to move.
It was like French dressing, red and sticky, but it was good.
They serve it in a bottle which I like, no waste, no mess, you can get as much as you like. 1.5 only because the bottle was so sticky and dirty.
My biggest problem was the bottle was sticky as all hell. Once you grab it youll have the feeling you need to go wash your hands, I just wrapped a napkin around it and used it.
As I said with the bathroom use the same person you found to keep the place clean, to wipe off the damn hot sauce bottle.

The corn tortillas seemed to be freshly made with a good taste. The serves was good, the owner/clerk was nice and asked a couple of times if everything was OK. I would come back to this place. Your not going to get a very clean place, but you'll get some good food.

      2 tacos and drink. $5.46.

Best pastor taco I've ever had! Prices are good portions are fair! They make the tacos outside and have delicious salsa's to choose from. Make sure you ask for grilled onions! FYI the quesadilla is made with that smelly cheese my kids didn't like that. However carne asada tacos saved the day for them!

      Pastor! Tacos!

Word of mouth on the street was the tasty homemade corn tortillas. Came in and order a lunch food came in and fruit fly's started appearing on the table. My friend pointed they were coming out of the basket our fresh tortillas were in. We banged the basket on the table and a few more flew out. We advised the server she apologized and offer to bring another order of tortillas. I requested my money back because I was disgusted and felt uncomfortable eating there.

With a dirty look my money was refunded and we went to eat somewhere else.

Dirty practices is the only reason for this filth!

I was in a hurry to get home with some dinner so I stopped by Mi Chula Linda for some tacos and burritos. I first noticed this place a while back. Having lived in Ontario for some time, I've seen Mi Chula Linda open quite late on the weekends and often there are crowds. Tonight was my night to try them out.

The interior is small with only a few tables. There is more than enough parking for the place. Their tacos were the small street style tacos and the quality of the meat was above average. The bean and cheese burrito was one of the best tasting according to my friends.

What impressed me the most was the fact that they will stay open until 3AM on the weekends selling tacos from a stand on the premises. That in itself is far better than any fast food joint in town. I will be back to try some of their other dishes in the near future.

My first visit to this great little Mexican restaurant! The food was flavorful and had an authentic flavor. They offer a variety of freshly made salsas..my favorite one being the avocado salsa...it was spicy, thick and creamy...delish!
They also serve Menudo and Pozole daily...I will definitely be back for that!

I tried this spot out for the second time but only got to eat there once and that was because the first time I stopped by in a rush for something simple and the lady couldn't get my order right so I left. Second time was at 130 in the morning, I went In for just a burrito and the guy told me all they are making, are tacos and pointed to the list of meats. I was in need of a quick snack so I said yes to the tacos and walked outside where the tacos were being made. They cook it in front of you.

My husband brought home some tacos al pastor for me once and they were soo tasty. He told me they were from this place but to only go on Friday or Saturday night starting around 7 pm for the taquero that they have outside in the patio of the restaurant. I have gone for tacos on other days through out the week and they weren't that great. Also the horchata here is soo good. I am pretty sure its made from scratch it doesn't taste like the usual powdered horchata. Good tacos on Friday and Saturday night and they are open until 2 am a believe.

This is a definite recommendation for anyone looking to have that authentic Mexican taco taste! Although they were running low on the side condiments you can add to your food, it was no problem for the worker to serve more. My new taco spot for sure:)

Looking for a local fresh taqueria and can upon this small place. Amazing!!! Everything was fantastic! The flautas, asada tacos, chori-queso and my favorite the horchata were all delicious and fresh tasting. If you were in CT - I would visit one CS a week :) thank you!
