Ask for prices BEFORE you let her touch you. I had an eyelash fill ... and she charged me $85!!!! She only does Classic .. which is the lowest... of course, she didn't tell me this over the phone. Honestly, I think they looked better before I had Hybrid. Normally a fill is around $45 I will NEVER make the mistake of NOT asking prices again!!

She said "I charge $75 an hour" OUTRAGEOUS!!! This is not New York City!!!

Sally is the best hair dresser. She proves how much she cares about your hair through results. She is also very honest and will tell you everything about the products going on your hair and what changes they will make to your hair. After I bleached my hair, and constantly used heat on it, I thought my hair was beyond repair. Once I returned to Sally and followed her hair tips, my hair feels and looks healthier than before I ever dyed it!! Her personality also deserves a 5 STAR review. You can talk to her for hours about anything !!

Sallie is by far one of the most talented and professional hair dressers I've had. I'm a travel nurse and it is difficult to find someone with the knowledge Sallie possesses. My husband found her online, I scheduled an appointment and walked out with the best hair color I've ever had. She is a miracle worker

I've recently gotten a trim, wash, and condition. Sally doesn't rush her services and you know she takes pride in her work and her business.

Sally is an experienced hair stylist not to mention a woman who owns her own business. She is very straightforward with her consultations and pricing. Metro chic is not a cheap salon with sub par services. If you want the best treatment for your hair then you better be willing to pay for it. Do not come into a place like Metro Chic with an attitude about the pricing. You are paying for years of experience, cost of PRODUCT, and labor. Go to Super Cuts to match your mediocre standards and unrealistic pricing standard.

Sally is a great person. She is more than fair. She is trying to make a living just like everyone else. If you can't afford the quality of service that Sally provides then go somewhere else that's within your budget.

Just remember the more hair you have the more money it is going to cost you.

I don't get my hair done often because I don't have the money to up keep as much for now, but when I am able to fit it into my budget I go to Sally. I will never do a box color and I will never go to a low quality salon to do my hair. My hair is important to me and I trust Sally to take care of me.

Sally is the best there is! She took my hair color to a whole new level. She is an expert at what she does and takes the time to protect your hair from being over processed. She is worth every penny! You will not be disappointed.

I've been getting my hair done by Sally for over a year. I leave each time with my hair looking like I stepped out of a fairytale, interchanging from icy blonde to silver often (naturally a brunette). I've lived in a lot of places and it can be difficult to find a stylist who can deliver exactly what you want. I'm excited to be moving soon but wish I could take Sally with me lol I absolutely adore her.

If you need an amazing haircut & excellent customer service, Sally is your girl. I'm super picky & have fine blonde hair. It took me a year & few bad cuts later to find the right hair stylist! Thank goodness I found her!

Went to Sally last weekend for a haircut. I have short hair that grows really quickly and it is hard to find a good stylist that knows what they are doing and is able to give me a good cut. Sally knew exactly what I wanted and it was one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. She was also able to recommend a product to me and unlike other salons, didn't overcharge for it. I will definitely go back and would recommend her to anyone looking for a quality haircut for a very fair price.

I found Sally after my last stylist moved to Pinehurst. I decided to give her a try based on her online reviews (Google is where most are posted). I brought a photo of what I wanted, something I have done multiple times in Fayetteville since moving here, and she has been the only one able to deliver. In fact, it came out even better than the picture. I showed my wife when I got home and she was very impressed. I haven't had a cut this good since I lived in Miami. I was so pleased I went ahead and made a standing 3 week recurring appointment which is something I haven't done in a long time. I will update the review if anything changes but so far I highly recommend her especially if your a guy who wants a style and not just a buzz cut.

Sally does an amazing job everytime. The cute small boutique makes you feel at home and she takes her time. Wouldn't go anywhere else in all of North Carolina!
