Meiser's Performance

Be careful with this place. They charge more hours than they put in, and then don't fix the issue but charge for their labor anyway. When you complain about it they give you a long winded response as to how much more it is going to take in $ and labor to fix. Self owned shop so no accountability when you complain. They shrug it off. I brought my truck in with a new fuel pump, for other issues, they were adamant the new fuel pump was bad and made me pay for another. Truck still drives the same, no better, $2000 bucks later. Took again for horn not working, steering issues, and fuel gauge not working. They told me they fixed all, without calling me to approve price firsf. Worst thing of it was that only the horn was fixed. All else.remained broken. They refused to fix issues and gave me only $150 back as an apology for lack of communication and for telling me that they fixed all when they didn't. One should pay for what they say they fixed. My invoice shows all fixed and they never communicated with me about anything they couldn't fix.Kept saying due to truck is old. Shady for sure. ONLY HORN WAS FIXED FOR $438 and an alignment that still made the vehicle drive same as before . ONLY REFUNDED $150.

Went her to get my state inspection since I just transferred my car over to PA plates! Would recommend Meiser's to anybody in the area. Great customer service, fair price! I could've been charged a lot more than what I was for my first inspection, but they did great work and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Great place, will go again whenever I need a mechanic!

I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas of customer service, and quality work. We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday).

During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness.

We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!
