On other reviews show this company as a bit dicey. Our initial experience was fine. It remains to be seen for a higher rating until the timely deliver and quality of product we ordered. Delane helped us, and was he was helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about the store inventory. So will see how it goes in a couple of weeks when we move into our new house and the furniture is in place and in use. ;-)

I bought a couch and loveseat from the Mesa Mega Furniture location TWO years ago. My couch and loveseat look brand new!!!! I had it custom made, from a local furniture builder, Dale Richardson. He even delivered my couch and loveseat! He was so proud of his work. I absolutely LOVE it more each and every day. The staff at the Mesa location are professional, friendly, knowledgeable. They kept me informed of delivery times,etc.
I would highly recommend them! Wendy is awesome!!!

My sister brought a love seat and chair one month later the chair back broke she lives alone not over weight call with a rude treatment from Rocky no answer as to what they will do to correct this she is on a limited income yet the store will not help her resolve this matter. Buyer beware of this store and there policy Of no help and rude behavior .

A cup of water spilled on the table. It seems to have penetrated through the laminate and caused a bubble. This has occurred in two places. They told me they would contact manufacturer and get back to me with in 72 hours. One week later, not response so I reached out. This was their response "We have reviewed your case and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you with this issue, the manufacturer will not cover water spills as part of their warranty and you do not have the accidental protection plan included in your purchase. At this point we will have to close your claim." Water spilled on a dinning room table. So water can't get on the table. We had the table for 3 months and this happened. Obviously some sort of manufacturing error. Mega Furniture doesn't not stand behind their product. NEVER buy anything from them! You have been warned.

2nd Update...
was told I would get a refund on the items NOT delivered by delivery date. Went in spoke with Liz, she said she'd call me in 48 hrs to update me & refund could take 2 weeks. well, it's 48hrs plus 8 days... need I say more. Still no refund as of yet!

placed order 10/2021 & still waiting. I had to call to check status on my order, cause you know THEY are not going to call you. Called 12/30, was told delivery 1/3/2022. Well, whst do you know- No delivery! Then told AGAIN 1/5/2022- Still no delivery.... NOT SUPRISED!!
Don't waste your time with these people!Nov 16, 2021Previous reviewI wish I would have read the reviews first. This spot is just as bad as Bob's furniture. They have a great presentation on their website, but NOTHING is in stock or available except for all the overpriced & expensive furniture! Nice customer service till you give them your money, now they are to busy to take your call or check on your order. I physically went through ALL of my furniture choices, look up SKU numbers with a sales rep to make sure the items were in stock & available. So disheartening to move to a new state only to be take for a fool! I can't even cancel my order. They got their money & made the sale. I paid over $3000 for my items plus delivery charges. Just want my furniture un-damaged. I will never shop here again!!

Sales lady was nice. After that, the people who write up the sale, take money and deal with delivery: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Snarky and rude with a huge "not my job" attitude.
We confirmed delivery for the 4th the day of purchase. When we called on the 3rd to confirm time, they said that we had been pushed to the 12th without any notification. I wish I could give Mega Furniture a -50 review. This store will take your money and lie about service and never bat an eye when you call them on it. They will flat say they are not responsible. BEWARE do not purchase the warranty on anything. It is a scam. Our sales person was Wendy and we were told we were purchasing a FULL WARRANTY. Well guess what, our $3000 couch is falling apart. The warranty does not cover anything. We went to the warranty company, Guardian, they could not even find our account. We paid for a full warranty! We went back to the store and Wendy even remembered us. We were told "of course you have a warranty, but we cannot help you, you have to get in touch with Guardian." How can we expect Guardian to do anything if they do not even have an account for us. We contacted the Arizona Attorney General and they cannot even find Guardian Warranty that seems to have our account. The tried to contact Mega and the store refuses to talk to them. Back to Mega and spoke with the manager, Jake, he refused to talk to us because we talked to the Arizona Attorney General. We have been given legal advice and will be pursuing other avenues. DO NOT SHOP AT MEGA AND FOR SURE DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY THROUGH GUARDIAN WARRANTY.

Recently ordered a sofa and love seat from Mega Furniture on Power Rd in Mesa, AZ.
When I entered the store 2 weeks ago to view their furniture, I was greeted by a Salesman by the name of Steven P. I told him I do not want to buy any furniture made in China. I found a sofa and love seat I liked and decided to order them. I was assured they were not made in China. He told me Steve Silver was made in the USA. Since I was told delivery would take 2 to 3 weeks, I'm expecting the furniture any day. In the mean time I did a search on Steve Silver furniture on their website and sent them an email requesting where is the furniture manufactured. The reply came back a few days later stating the country of origin is China. I was lied to and very unhappy with Mega Furniture. I will not buy anymore products including furniture from them. I will have a discussion with Management in a few days about this unethical way of business.
Please do you own research before buying from their stores.

We'll, it's the 27th and they did not contact us. So we called them at 6 p.m., no ottoman....
Now it's the 30th...or maybe the 31st. Take your money elsewhere and avoid this nonsense. Two months later we still haven't gotten the ottoman we paid for, and we get a different excuse every time we call. At first it was "it will be in next week" the first three times. Today, we were told that it's not even in production right now, and won't be until August....
Requested a refund, was told the manager would call us back. Got a call a few HOURS later, and magically it will be in on the 27th of this month. We said given the history of being lied to, we'd like a refund instead. Got told no. That's what we get for being repeat customers. That will be the last time we buy anything from them. And we will advise others to shop elsewhere as well.
Sidenote, the couch we paid almost $2K for is falling apart already, 2 months after we bought it.Jun 9, 2019Previous reviewBought some theater seats, a bedroom set, a couch, a love seat, and some end tables about 2 years ago. Everything has held up we'll, we love the theater seats and bedroom set. Staff was great, stuff was delivered when they said it would be, we will be heading back in a few weeks to grab few more things.

BEWARE Don't waste your own time!
I went to Mega Furniture Saturday and was told they had a cal king bunkie board in stock and the price of their current sale. I wanted to place the order then but was told I needed the name of the pickup person on this receipt and I wasn't certain of that person so I left. I called back yesterday to see if I could place the order over the phone but no. I went in today and placed the order. As I pull home in my driveway I'm told THEY made a mistake! I actually need 2 of these for a cal king. But my receipt sales cal king? I asked the sales man if it was one piece or two before purchasing and was told it was one. But they called and said I can come back in to purchase the second one or be refunded for the order. Am I wrong for thinking they should have included the second at no additional cost given that's what I was told and what my receipt says I purchased? nothing like wasting someone's time doesn't sit well with me..Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
