I placed a large order back on October 31. My mattresses and frames were delivered and all is good. However, I placed an order for sheets for my temperpedic mattresses and they had to be ordered. When Mattresses were delivered on Nov. 3, I was told they should be in soon. I have tried to call and get no answer and a full mailbox. Went to the store several times and they are never there and store seems to be in disarray. Email to the store was returned. Anyone know the status of MDO?

I made the mistake of ordering a mattress from the Mattress Firm in Cincinnati. They promised they could deliver directly to my son's apartment in Clemson on Saturday between 3:30 - 6:30. After several calls we find out at 6:45 on Saturday night that they wont have the box springs in stock until Tuesday!! I cancelled the order and called MDO Clemson at 6:45. Luckily they were still there to service the Clemson students. We went over, picked out a similar mattress and they had it delivered by 7:45!! Not only that but we saved $200!! MDO Clemson Mattress saved the day...thank you!

Very poor customer service. Nothing was ordered or delivered on time. They did not get the order right for our pillow and would not correct it. We ordered a Tempur-Pedic mattress and 2 Tempur pillows. We ordered them August 1st and said we wanted them in by September 1st. The Mattress came in at the very end of September and one of our pillows on October 12th. So when we gave them a month to have everything in, it actually took 2 1/2 months to get it all. Every time we called to check on the order, they gave us excuse after excuse saying these exact quotes: "we typed in the order wrong," "everything is at the warehouse and the warehouse had a water damage and everything in it got ruined," "the pillow you ordered is discontinued," "It's on it's way, but we have no idea when it will be delivered." When we first went in the store, the guy seemed pretty helpful in helping us choose the right mattress, but the ordering and delivering process was an absolute disaster. The guys working there are definitely not qualified to work in a business where customer service is of upmost importance. Every time we talked to them they seemed very sketchy, unorganized, they didn't communicate well with each other, and they never gave us the correct information about anything that we ordered. Instead of telling us they weren't sure when they didn't know, they just made up something to tell us to give us an answer. Also, when they finally delivered the mattress to our house, they had one of their friends working who wasn't even an employee! Go somewhere else. I don't know what kind of business this place is running.
