I seen a cut off dick as my burger patty it was very disgusting and my drink was filled with squirt from a cows coochie

Bro I've got from here like 5 times and not once has there actualy been sauce in the bag. Y'all getting paid least you can do is throw in some sauce it's takes 5 seconds

It could've been better because the nuggets were dried and the McChicken was also cold and there was no ice in my Medium Cola. Although, this is the worst experience I've ever had in my lifetime. Although,it's hideous to see my order not fresh and not well done.

Due to the fact I have to give a 1 star even pisses me off. Bought my kids some food and in the midst of eating my son seen that his burger went from cooked to pink. I tried to call them twice and no answer I am sooo upset I don't even know what to do but all I do know is no one better get sick! Smh soo disappointed

I am all about giving credit when credit is due, like tipping big, giving kudos for a service well done. I just visited this McDonald's on division Street. I've been there multiple times before and I've never had an issue, I always get my order as I ordered it, even some funny friendly faces. Today was not that day. I asked for a half sweet half unsweet iced tea. I was told they don't make that. I call BS. If you guys don't make a half and half cut tea then you are the only McDonald's in the nation who does not do it. Instead of just giving me an iced tea you gave me a Diet Coke which is not anything close to what I ordered. I know that there are bigger issues going on in the world than getting a Diet Coke instead of an iced tea, but I am paying for something I expect it to be correct.

I ordered a small coffee with cream, no sugar and a hash brown.

I got a cup of coffee with 2 sugars and 0 cream,

With a hash brown.

I had to use the drive thru to get the creams.

On the 1st sip I realized there was sugar in it

I don't who manages this location in the evenings but they do a terrible job. A few days ago I pulled up to the drive through (the lobby was closed) placed my order then proceeded to stay in line for about a half an hour because the line was moving so slowly. Finally I pulled up to the teller window where the employee handed me the wrong order, slammed the window shut and stared walking away. I had to literally knock on the window to get his attention. I was then told to park in one of the curb side delivery spots. I did that and observed as more and more cars were directed to park next to mine. Every ten minutes or so the manager would pop out and yell out the contents of an order that he was holding because he had no idea who ordered what. After sitting there for another half hour and watching car after pile up in the parking lot I decided to cut my loses and just leave.
Total time wasted: over an hour! Not exactly "fast food"

Before anybody says anything about COVID and etc: I have frequented other McDonald's in the area as well as other fast food chains without any such problems. It's THIS SPECIFIC ONE that's this unorganised and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

My gosh never again. Went to the drive thru at 10pm s since lobby was closed. No one came on the speaker. A line of cars were sitting at the speakers waiting for someone to acknowledge us being there. I drove to the window and at least 5 people saw me sitting there waiting and didn't come to the window. Best part? I was picking up an uber food order and wasted a good bit of time driving there. I will never accept an order from this joke of a place ever again.

absolutely horrible service
Ordered a salad about a week ago for lunch and I had to wait 15min for a SALAD
When I got it, you could tell the salad was old, the meat was tough and had dark spots. I NEVER received dark chicken from McDonalds
Today I go through the drive through and ask if they have breakfast or lunch and super annoyed the guy says UH BREAKFAST
Ok, so I want a sausage Mc muffin no egg
And a small cinnamon cookie latte
On the picture it was hot so I thought that's the only one they had. I said ".... yes and also a small cinnamon cookie latte"
He goes: "A WHAT??!??"
And I was like well your new drink the cinnamon one. (Like learn your shit, you dont Know what's on the menu???). And I repeated it and he said OK AND HOW DO YOU WANT THAT???? (Super annoyed)
And I just asked why he's so damn rude and drove off.
You work in customer service and if the customers annoy you or you can't hide that you had a shitty day or whatever it may be, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Well after a long day at the farm show complex for 4 h me and my significant other decided to go here to get something to eat. Got in the drive through line around 10:50 got to where the take the order at 10:58 and the person said we are closed. And yet these people want 15.00 an hour. I'm sorry but every place I've ever gone to has always taken a order if we were in line before closing time. Just piss poor work ethic.
