Really? Only take cash. Third time this happens at this location. Who does that anymore? You figured you get your machines fixed by now.

Stopped here for gas and a McDonalds run. Ordered food on the app and received quickly after gas and using the restroom. Staff was friendly, restaurant is clean, and place is conveniently located off Hwy 58. There is also a small place for dogs to stretch. Would definitely stop here again.

I have never given a 5 star to ANY fast service resturant.

Food is the same...what pushes this establishment to 5 star is service. This is the first McDonald's I have ever been in which a staff member walked around to each table asking if everything is all right and do you need more napkins or ketchup. Very surprising.

All tables and chairs are clean

McDonald's at Love's is one of my go-tos when traveling out of town. The staff is friendly but you can also order through the kiosks. The restaurant is clean and maintained. Food is consistent and it's nice that the location is connected to the rest of the truck stop in case you need something else.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to, and at my age I have been to many they are fast. They are efficient, and the food is great. Somehow it taste better than any of the other McDonald's I've ever been to, and the service is always courteous and friendly, even if the lines look long because there are two lanes for the drive-through that merge into one it's still goes by fast which is why I keep coming back in for the good food in the fast service

Ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches. They said to pull forward and park in a spot. I said NO. I could see that they were annoyed. So the result was I shorted one sandwich. I know they shorted my order on purpose.
FU Mc Donald's

This location is right off the freeway in the same building as the Loves Truck stop. They offer drive thru service and inside take out only at this time. No indoor seating. They also offer ordering on the McDonalds app for pick up or curbside.
Masks required. Social distancing with markers on floor to stand on.
Staff is fast to take orders and get your food out. There were about 5 people in front of us in line and to order and pick up food, we were in and out in about 10 mins. They also had several app orders for pick up. So timing wasn't bad at all.
Our food was fresh and made quickly. I asked for no ice in my soda and no pickles on my sandwich and it was made correctly. French fries we hot and not too salty.
Overall great location, great service we will definitely be back when traveling. Very happy and smiling staff members.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in my life. I got 2 quarter pounders with cheese. I noticed in the car on the way home that they smelled burnt. It wasn't until I got home 45 minutes later that I had a look and both were charred. I was starving so I ate them. They tasted awful and I still feel sick as I write this review. McDonald's is cheap fast food, but it is usually consistently ok from restaurant to restaurant and palatable. This was inedible. I can't believe someone would burn the patty and serve it to a customer.

This location is a disaster. My friend wanted food before we headed to Palmdale. We pulled into curbside pickup and she ordered, it charged her for the meal. Then it pulls up an error on the app and says she has to go inside. We decide since nobody was in the drive thru we would pull up. We give them the code and nobody including the manager knew where our order was. We gave them her phone to prove we bought the food and it deducted from her account. They could not figure this situation out. Instead of giving us the food we sat there for 15 minutes while they all talked. To us it was simple you have a long line now, give us the drink and sandwich and figure it out later. My friend says this is the worst location and there is always problems.

If u've been to one Micky Dees u've been to them all right? Nope! The menu is the same but the service and cleanliness isn't. Kudos. This McDonald's experience is definitely well worth reviewing. The visit was very pleasant. All around good service. 4starz
