The food is your normal McDonald's food but they clearly make a lot of items in advance and let it sit under a lamp for hours. Not sure if they do that just for delivery orders and give the fresh food to in store customers but i have NEVER received a delivery order from this location where my McNuggets and were fresh! They are always clearly re-heated!!
The absolute worst thing about this location in particular is that the prices for delivery are TRIPLE what they are for pick-up!! I filed complaints with McDonald's corporate and was told that prices are set by the franchisee. These prices have been TRIPLE for a long time not just since the recent minimum wage increase and this franchisee clearly doesn't care that they are RIPPING OFF their customers! I have setup orders in Doordash and the McD's App and sometimes prices in the McD's app are higher! An average order for 4 to 5 people in a family comes up to around $90!! Wendy's has alway's been more expensive than McDonald's and now I can order from Wendy's and pay much less than McDonald's.
This is a huge disappointment because for decades McDonald's has fast, friendly, delicious and affordable and now (at least for this greedy franchisee) it is fast, overcooked, dry and EXPENSIVE!!
This is Paradise Hills! You have been here for years and years and our people are not rich, nor are they stupid but you are just raising prices for your greedy little pockets and there is no excuse!! I understand raising prices for the wage increase but that is NOT what this is because you have been doing it since the pandemic and delivery became a huge thing! It's not going away and yes, there are costs related to using delivery but there are only a few places that have the nerve to treat their loyal customers like idiots and charge them TRIPLE the cost for your cheap, dry overcooked food!
The franchisee should be absolutely ashamed of your greediness and I truly hope that all of your loyal local customers like myself take their business elsewhere! YOU DO NOT DESERVE OUR SERVICE OR OUR MONEY!

These guy are either thieves or just don't know how count. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets. Drove all the way home and noticed the box looked kinda empty. I counted it twice and sure enough, there were only 9 pieces of chicken nuggets. Granted I understand it's "only" missing one piece but in today's economy that since piece is actually worth a lot of money.

I received uncooked chicken nuggets. And I also didn't receive any sauces. Should've just took the extra minutes drove to the plaza Blvd one

On occassion and whenever I need a quick bite, I pass by this McDonalds to grab some food hoping each time that I'll be met with some change. Unforunately, this is never the case. The food continues to be cold and stale, the service was slow and rude, and the restaurant was dirty.

On my most recent visit ordering inside, I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a Coke. The Big Mac was dry and tasteless, the fries were cold and hard, and the Coke was flat. The service was also very slow. I waited over 10 minutes for my food to come out, and when it did, the cashier was very rude. She didn't even say "thank you" or "have a nice day."

The restaurant was also dirty. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and there was trash on the ground. I'm not sure if the staff was just lazy or if they didn't have enough staff, but the place was a mess.

What continues to make this experience even worse is the customer service. The staff, who were all younger folks, are extremely rude. They rolled their eyes at me when I asked for a simple request, and they didn't even make eye contact with me when I spoke to them.

Don't bother trying to make this a quick trip during any time mid day as you'll be spending 20-30 minutes waiting for stale food. As for the drive through experience which I usually do for pure convenience, it is an absolute mess. Lines extend through the entire parking lot, which result in cars coming in from both sides of the lot having to make space for cars exiting their parking spaces. On top of that, after ordering and paying for my meal in the speaker system and first window, respectively, my meals are consistently never ready. They make you pull up to the stalls in the parking lot where you wait an additional 10 or so minutes before an employee comes with your food. During this time, you can see employees exit the restaurant and walk to each car to identify which person ordered what meal. It is a logisitcal disaster to watch unfold and the fact that this happens routinely shows how upper level management has no regard for a smooth operation.

I've been to McDonald's many times before, and I've never had an experience like this other than this location. I'm usually not a picky eater, but the food at this McDonald's was inedible. I couldn't even finish my meal.

I'm very disappointed with the McDonald's here. It's not even your average McDonald's due to the customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hope that the management will take my review seriously and make some changes to improve the quality of their food and service.

This location can get super busy but they are pretty fast! A lot of young people work here which is good and bad at the same time! But over all, very convenient and fast! Thanks to you all for working at your best!

You have to be 5 mins away from me. The worse but people love their Mcds no matter how horrible the service is. Haha

They are worst for customers service! The food was cold and it took forever to come..I would Not recommend this place..Vicent was the ONLY One that made a difference! They need close this place..Lazy People

If I could give 0 I would lol. I went through the drive through and that took forever. Like girl you are not in and out we shouldn't have a line wrapping around the corner.. anyways, I live down the street and right before I got home I checked and they didn't even give either of the LARGE frys. So I drove back and had to go into the store. The lady took my receipt and then came back with frys. I got home and tell me why she can't read and have me a medium and large fry instead of 2 larges??? Also this lady was in there too and they were ignoring her. I'm sorry but the workers here (most of them) don't know how to work fast food and or under pressure. Also McDonald's should step their game up anyways. Never going back to this location.

Workers act like they dont want to be there. You order chicken nuggets and they dont even offer sauce, they just try to hand you the bag. When you ask for sauce they look upset that you would wven ask for something. Very poor customer service.
