Now I see why they reviews so low. I will never be going back over there. I literally placed an online order and no one seem to find the order. I went to the curbside spent 15 minutes for them to tell me the same stuff.

One of the worst places ever. Went through drive thru and They always give the wrong drink.I told the girl at the window and her statement was " It's only a job. I responded with "That's the problem with workers today. She really needs an attitude adjustment.

Horrible service. They treated our youth group from church with a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to serve us. They make you feel bad with how they treat you. They also ignored us when trying to fix our order. I don't recommend this place at all. Zero stars.

If I could give this place is a zero star rating I would. Never use this location before however was in the area needed to get breakfast. Went in and there was no one at the register I asked the woman for help she said I had to use the kiosk. I don't like using kiosks because they have demonstrated timing again how dirty they are And they're never cleaned properly at the fast food places. I told the manager I would like to order at the register she told me no and if I didn't like it too bad. I walked out with no breakfast. I will never use the store again. Worst customer service at McDonald's I've ever had. If the general manager or owner is reading this it is September 15 at 9:30 AM so you know who your front manager was And I've also sent an email to corporate headquarters through my app.

They are always really slow. Today I ask for. Kids meal with extra fries and a small slushy, I didn't get the extra fries I got apples, and instead of the slushy they gave her a lemonade. This is not the first time they messed up on my food so from now on, I'll just go down the street to the other McDonald's.

We have frequented this location for years. Pretty much every single time we go they forget an item, typically the sauce for the nuggets. Last time we went we got a double quarter pounder, and a quarter pounder deluxe and both had rare patties in them. I sent an email to cooperate who forwarded the email to the general manager whose response was basically, "apologies, we will try to do better next time". How about refunding or giving us a credit in the amount of the food we bought. We didn't even get to eat our food, and ended up having to go out and get food somewhere else, which was incredibly inconvenient. They just don't care about their customers anymore. We're officially done with this location, and I recommend whoever reads this goes elsewhere as well.

Terrible. Breakfast starts at 4 am and the place is supposed to be open 24 hours. We got here at 3:20 am after a trip and they said they are closed. We already placed an order and we got charged. I called them and they answered. They say they are cleaning for breakfast. If it's 24 hour that included cleaning times. We had to go hungry because every place was closed. Never coming back.

My husband got 3 breakfast sandwich from McDonald's at 1505 S Semoran Blvd Orlando. My husband ate his and when I started to eat mine it was GREEN INSIDE. Both of us are very sick, coming out both ends. Please do not go to this McDonald's.

I normally come here and the food is bad but edible but today was horrible they serve people anything I bit into one of the hash browns and it was just hard hash and no brown inedible and I had ordered a large caramel coffee and it tasted like sanitizer and no kind of hint of caramel

Spicy chicken sandwich barely had any spicy sauce, fries were cold and old, sweet tea tasted like it was mixed with burnt oil...I'm high and I think this is bad
