McDonald's

I'm a simple guy, I like alittle extra sauce on my fish filets. Well pictured is my exact order. Literally a dog good do a better job assembling a sandwich. I couldn't even get eat the food because it was doused by tarter sauce, and the sandwich was soggy. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a McDonald's restaurant. I will never visit this location again and I'll will spread word and photos about this location to friends, family and coworkers. To add to all of this, the customer service was terrible. The woke children talking about social media instead of focusing on the task at hand. Do better McDonald's!

this mcdonalds has always been a disappointment. but today i am infuriated. they said they didn't have my order at curbside so i showed them my email and the guy went inside and i waited 20 minutes in my car waiting for him. and i was frustrated so i just went inside to show them. then when i finally get my cold food and watered down frozen lemonade and my runny ass coffee i didn't think to check my food before going home. big mistake with this place. always check your food before leaving the parking lot at this shit hole. no egg on my mcmuffin OR mcgriddle. no cheese on that AND my mcmuffin wasn't even COOKED?!?! and if i knew it way diy i would have cooked it faster myself. bullshit. sad this is the only shithole i can get in north royalton. unless i want some upcharged vape carts at taco bell or to be disappointed in the lack of potato cakes at arby's

I went here tonight. I got home and was eating my burger and it wasn't even cooked at all. I called and spoke to a
Manager and she told me "sometimes the grill doesn't cook it all the way through"!!! Seriously lady!! It was the human cooking it that didn't cook it. She didn't even say we'll give you another one or make good for it she just made up bullshit excuses and sounded like a complete idiot. And when I asked her name because I'm calling corporate she said "I don't have to tell you". I've had other issues here before but this was it!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Every time I go through the drive through they screw up my order. I ordered a Mc chicken and mc double cheeseburger. What I got was a mc chicken with mayo spilling out the sides and all over the bun and instead of the Mc double they gave me a plain muffin!!!! Horrible. And they want 15$ an hour? These idiots can't get anything right!!!

This is the worst McDonalds Ever. Don't go here. The employees now make $15/hour to serve you the wrong order and when they do get it right the food is cold and the employees don't care.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's ever. It's very disheartening as this location used to be one of the best. Clearly management has changed and they are very understaffed and desperate for anyone with common sense and a little work integrity to work at this location. Every tome I go through the drive through, does not matter what time of day- it's always a 15-20 minute process. This location as lost me as a customer. It would be quicker for me to go to another McDonald's than wait in that horrificly slow drive through.

As a kid I used to go to this place with my uncle constantly but I stoped going here because they didn't fully cook the food and today I went there and the fries were a mixture of well done fries and not even cooked soggy fries which tasted nasty and the mcChicken wasn't fully cooked and half the lettuce wasn't even on the burger, some of the lettuce was also brown which is disgusting and Mayo was everywhere, I work at a different McDonald's but since they were packed I went to this one and it's just sad how suck service went down him so fast, I wouldn't go there because if the sandwich's r right the the drinks r disgusting and last time I went they screwed up my milkshake and the only way that can be screwed up is if they don't clean the machine or if they have expired shake mix so honestly I wouldn't go there unless ur supper hungry but even then ur going to regret it because ull be having stomach aces and feeling like u have stomach flu, if u want food go to one either down the road even they have a line they will try there best to make ur food right or go to a different McDonald's

This is the worst McDonald's EVER. My daughter ordered online and called when she got there. They said 5 min. 20 minutes later she goes in and the food is just sitting on the counter... gets home and no fries... goes back to the store and the manager takes no responsibility and throws her workers who obviously were short handed under the bus... terrible!!!!!
No comp.. no offer for extra item/items... just a manager making excuses...

This particular McDonald's used to be a well oiled machine. Lately whether due to new ownership or management it is horrible. Cars parked all over to get food, people screaming out of their cars because food not being brought out, orders are usually wrong. Complete embarrassment

I get why this place only has 2.5 stars. I'm surprised it's even that high. I ordered online because I'm hungry and I'v been waiting here at Curbside for over 15 minutes with no sign of anyone bringing my food. About to go in a raise some hell.
