McDonald's

This is the craziest McDonalds I've been to but I typically come here after DJing around 4:30 AM on Saturdays.

I've seen fights break out in and outside of it. One time a guy dressed like a day-glo camper was behind me in line and fell asleep on me. One time I was headed in to eat and I saw paramedics pulling a sheet over a dead body. There is no law, order or justice in this particular McDonalds but the food is wonderful.

There are coin locks on the bathroom doors but homeless people still use them as temporary homes. The last time I was there a ragtag security force were trying to keep some guy from entering and talking about how "this is seven weeks in a row, if he comes back the police are gonna taze his ass."

I know that all sounds kinda awful but If I was nearby I would go eat at this McDonalds right now. The food and service is great but it feels like you're dining in a post apocalyptic society. The fries are good, Big Macs good, I've still never eaten a Filet-O-Fish. Someday. I'll probably keep eating at this McDonalds until my inevitable death at this McDonalds.

The ice cream vanilla cone was delicious and cheap. This location is really busy and have a lot of homeless people outside selling things or talking to each other making noises and can feel scary at times.

Second pic- sweet and crunchy texture from the m&m. Idk if they are real m&ms but too me I didn't enjoy it as much because when I bite and try eat chcoclate from m&m it didn't feel like the chocolate was melting like it normally do when it's by itself. Maybe it is because it's cold but something isn't sitting well with me. Is super sweet and too much for me.

Carol is a better person than me. She actually has gone back and is giving you business. Well, I guess it's a matter of having nowhere else to go that's in the vicinity / nearby . its a place that she can actually walk to with ease. there's always something questionable going on at this location usually with the clientele. It is an odd gathering spot, so wear your mask and make sure you ask them where your order is if you order online, you may be there all day and you'll find it the bag in the corner. After you have a lightbulb moment and ask where your order is . seniors clueless like me

it's right Infront of Delaney st station/across from the Chase bank. Friday late afternoon, it's not so many ppl inside but some customers are rude to the cashier - I was listening she was complaining about how bad the orange juice is......omg she started to yelled at her/him and changed her own language in Spanish.
I see, customers are rude some random ppl just come here and sitting down to customers seats. Just be careful those ppl are very bad mood when the customers asked her, if more ppl are coming in? She looked at her and saying out loud "Go ahead!!" They didn't order anything and sitting by the entrance and talking about half Hr.
I also saw the stranger tried to come in together to the bathroom.

When I ordered, I forgot to add "no salt" to my order app... but when I went to tell them what I need, they understood immediately and made it for me.

Pretty decent McDonalds to get decently priced food in the heart of Lower East Side. The interior is super spacious, there are kiosks built into the walls, and the bathroom was super clean. Unfortunately, they closed the second floor for reasons unknown. It was also super busy when I went (Friday Night) so the orders took an extremely long amount of time to prepare (over 15-20 minutes).

The service was slow, even drive thru-takes a long time to wait for the food to be served. The food was ok for me. The nuggets was tasty but dry.

HORRIBLE service and should not be in business. Clearly ran by dominicans and all they do is talk loud, on the phone, rude and ambivalent. I asked the girl "isnt this supposd to be fast food" her response was "not fast enough. She then proceeded to say "I just went back and made sure thy made your burger exactly how you want it. BULLSH*T! Waited 20 minutes for fries and a double bacon burger with extra bacon; get to work and there is ZERO bacon but I was charged almost $2 for an extra strip...in essence they robbed me of $4, since they didnt even include the effing bacon that comes with it in the first place! Disgusting place disgusting employees should not be in business at all ... Yes, a mere $4 but you know what, it is MY $4...I have also called the store at least 6 times for a refund, to no avail. No response on the phone also deeming this place unprofessional. Wrong lady dudes, you are being reported to the better business bureau and whomever will take action to shut you down; I mean look at the dozens of negative reviews. This store doesn't even deserve the one star that we are forced to leave.

worse mcdonald's ever.

When I asked for a bigger bag the guy gave me this baddest look ever felt like i shouldn't ask for it.
When I got home i found that the mc flurry I ordered was missing in my bag. As the mcdonald's website instructed, i have to call the restaurant to solve this to get my refund. I've call million times this shitty place never pick up my damn phone. It's only $2 that i don't give a shitty shit but this mcdonald's is totally lack of responsibility and they just got my time wasted with no reasons from their fault, wondering if their phone ever rings at all in the store? Everyone stay away from this mcdonald's otherwise you're getting 99% of chance getting the big ass attitude and your order messed up with no one cares at all~

I ordered the two cheeseburger meal..
I asked for no onions on both . I got no onions or meat one of them. my complaint is not only with them but with seamless for not allowing my refund due to my complaint about my driver . I was given the response my account was already escalated to a supervisor. I never made complaints about my food In general! Fuck seamless & fuck this BUMASS MCDONALDS!

Waited 40 mins for my order, the service was really slow. A lot of people wanted to pick up their orders but they were either not prepared yet or they were left lying around. One person even wanted to return their not fully cooked orders.

On August 17th, 22 went in to order a quick bite. There was confusion going on as usual at this location.
I attempted to place my order with register #3 and thought it to be simple enough...filet-o-fish with cheese meal with an unsweetened ice tea.
Guess what the unsweetened ice tea threw the cash we off.
It took him 15 mins to figure it out and by that time I was over it. I swiped my card to pay but there was more confusion from the cashier.
I said cancel the order!
So, I walked out. Checked my card transaction and saw a charge for $5.54???

Like for what? I never got anything!
I asked for the manager and she said she would let the gen.Manger know.
I'm still disbruting the transaction.
Now trying to fix from my debit card end.
Just Stay away from this McDonald's! They are a Hot Mess!
