Put onions and pickles when I asked for none this place is not good I hate it at least the fries were decent

Customer service really is the pits. They take your money and not looking at you shove back your change. Next window they hold your bag of food dangling out of window, shove drinks at you. Then asked for a little bit of ketchup. And gives you a big ball of ketchups. Said we don't need that much. Took 2 packets away and basically threw rest of them at us. Unbelievable!!

I'd give ZERO stars if I could I went and ordered breakfast early morning got home. there was NOTHING on my sandwich. that's definitely not okay. I shoulda checked my food before leaving and went off on yalll frrrr period

They never serve me the right amount of caramel. Once they canceled my order and i called in and the guy told me to stop being a fattie. It was dirty the tables were sticky. One time a homeless man walked in while my family member was eating and threw a mc flurry on her floor. They don't deserve not even 1 star they deserve 0 star.

I went to this McDonald's restaurant with my 2 dogs on the morning of my day off. I drove through the drive-thru with my dogs and the staff were very kind. I ordered breakfast and everything tasted as good as expected. Overall, pretty good McDonald's experience!

this new crew is sooooooo incompetent. on top of never getting my order right, the last straw was when they made me go around and wait again just because they didn't have my order ready. what's the point of being a fast food place and taking forever. literally no redeeming qualities. NEVER going to this location again.

Had to wait for a new delivery driver because they were taking so long. Then my order was missing 3 large fries and three out of four burgers were cold and raw. Needless to say they didn't bother to answer their phone. Being disabled I can't just go get my own food. Idk how this store stays in business. Spent $65 on $10 worth of edible food. Not even worth the one star.

Went through drive through both sides where moving super slow the microphone was so low you could barely here the person and was was stuck for over 20 minutes in the drive through I ordered a meal and a happy meal and my food was ice cold and I ended up turning around to have them remake she felt the temperature and shook her head and ask them to make it again and it was good after the second time

AMAZING! We were rang up my Brian who was just full of energy and truly loved what he was doing, taking care of customers. I have never met anyone with such an immaculate attitude!!! He even customized our order for our milk shakes!!!! It was a little busy in the restaurant but we just opted to order inside rather than the long line. Wonderful experience!!

We went to the drive through at 1:30AM to get four large fries. We normally don't go late, but we were up working on a project. So, we get up to the mic and the guy told us it would be a few minutes because the CC machine is down. We waited there 20 minutes and they start taking orders in the other lane but not ours. I decided to just move ahead and merge. We got stuck in the line and there was no way to get out! Long story short, we didn't get out until 3:00 AM! Never go through the drive through because the landscaping hold you captive! They are rude and unprofessional as well! After we paid, they wanted me to pull over and wait for the food. I refused and told them that if I pulled over, I'd never get my food!
