McDonald's

Ordered a shamrock shake. Got a cup of vanilla ice cream with green food coloring and some oreos on top. Doesn't even look like it went through their mixer. I guess if I wanted a shamrock shake I should've went to Burger King since apparently you can't "have it your way" at this McWasteOfSpace. You'd think with all the negative reviews on here something would be done, but nah.

They're ok unless they ask you to move to the 3rd window (they do this ONLY to improve their service times. This is only to make them look better on paper to corporate) to be ignored & receive cold burgers 10-15 minutes later.

A quick place to grab a coffee drink when others are closed or in a hurry for the basics nothing fancy not a lot of choices but they have what I like.

Ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles. Got the chicken sandwich with pickles on it. Went inside to exchange the sandwich for a new one. All they did was take the same chicken sandwich put it back in the deep fryer or whatever they used to cook it in and gave it back to me on a new bun. Took one bite into it and it tasted like dill pickles! The food was just nasty and disgusting I would never go to another McDonald's again. Nothing but shit food

I ordered a ten piece McNuggets and when the employee at the window handed me the bag I asked if the hot mustard sauce was in the bag and she said "It should be." I drove away and a couple miles down the road I discovered there were no sauce packages in the bag. Have you ever tried to eat McNuggets with no sauce? Terrible. Dry, flavorless, awful. About an hour later on my way home, I stopped by again and the employee I told her my experience with no sauce said she'd replace the nuggets and make sure I got the sauce. When I got to the pickup window the shift leader/manager asked for the McNuggets and I said I didn't have them but I had the receipt, She rudely told me that without the nuggets she couldn't give me a replacement. Look up Bob Farrell's book on customer service: "Give 'em the Pickle" or look it up on YouTube. I won't be back.

Food was good, my concern was that the employee handed me food and I was waiting for a gift card I pulled me to the next window. Another employee (in front of the manage mind you) comes to the window and said did you get two bags I said yes, one for my biscuits and my daughter got a gravy biscuit they gave me that in another bag. She said "did you touch it" I said no. I hadn't checked the bag I'm just waiting on my gift card She said I needed to give it back which of course is fine if it wasn't part of my order. What disturbed me was the manager said who was waiting on that gravy biscuit. That is not proper health department code. The item should have been discarded I don't care how busy you are. We will not be returning knowing they do this now which is unfortunate because the breakfast is their best time typically.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Arrived at 11pm to find approx 4 vehicles in front of me in the drive thru (only thing open) Watched a young guy exit building twice and second time followed by a young girl the were talking to a girl in a car in parking lot... it took 25 min to be next in line..guy in fro t of me waited 15 min for someone to finally answer on speaker (only after he tooted the horn) I pull up.
I wait 7 min. Said "hello anyone here"..was told to "wait a minute "... I waited 5 min. I tooted my horn..I was told that since I wanted to toot my horn in her ear she wasn't taking my order...I asked for her manager she said she was the manager asked her name..she no longer would answer me.. I waited another 10 min for her to take my order only to be td I told you I wasn't taking your order..than she called the cops on me (Dudley do right shows up).. I told him I was waiting on the information I requested... the store owners name and number..!!!!!....Cop felt need to schoole on fact that there was only 2 employees working I told him than they should not have been in the parking lot with the vehicle they should have been serving customers, and if they have staffing issues they should let the customer know there will be a very extended delay... Don't leave customers waiting 15 min & more.... Horrible place ..never again

First of all, it's McDonald's, so let's not expect a gourmet meal. However, the restaurant was very clean, restrooms were clean and stocked, the service was prompt and efficient, the food was made to order and the order was correct, our sandwiches and fries were hot and our food came to the table pretty quickly.
The restaurant design is modern and airy. No real complaints about anything during our visit except for the hand dryers in the restroom being louder than normal.

No one except kids really like it anyway
But it's cheap and won't kill you immediately just a little each time you eat it

Hey, it's McDonalds. You know what you"re getting. Double drive thru is a plus. Doesn't all McDonalds taste the same served by the same generic polyester, head set wearing employee only with a different dead eyed look?
