This mcdonalds is probably the worst one I've encountered...workers look miserable like they want to kill themselves, sliding orders across counters like it's trash...worst quarter pounder I've tried...cheese not even melted but just slapped on there

it supports Israel It still absolutely outrages me how they would do such a thing and either way it SUCKS and I mean sucks last time I went there was a RAT IN MY LUNCH It was my first time and I was like never again but I am warning you now their chicken nuggets SUCKS they are wet and soggy and their drinks where do I even start like their sprite tastes like ALCOHOL and everybody the food was cold it was DISGUSTING so watch out people watch out

This McDonald's has problems. The ordering kiosk would not take my order. Stood in line - I was the only person in line- about10 minutes. Took my order. Only 4 errors. Had to stand in line again. This time about 15 minutes. The place was not clean. No toilet paper. Sticky tables.

This review is for the gentleman who handled our order. When we mentioned that one of our party was immunosuppressed, he sanitized and gloved up to handle our order. This is the only fast food establishment that has ever done that for us. He didn't balk. He was kind and responsive. Thank you, sir.

McDonald's, give this man a raise.

Pleasantly surprised. I do not frequent McDonalds often. After my son had his spring play, it was almost 8 at night and he was starving, so drive thru McDonalds it was! My 8 year olds choice.
I was lucky enough to already have dinner. We ordered him a double cheeseburger meal with a McFlurry. The service was nice, and it took no time to go through the drive thru. Also, at the pick up window the employee actually spoke and it was nice! Glad to have an option downtown and near his school.

Not a McDonald's fan but my son wanted to stop in for a quick lunch.

For lunch time i was surprised they were not busy. We placed our order and waited quite a while for our food. All the workers were nice and polite and my son said his sandwich & fries were good.

It's a smaller McDonald's inside and I was rather surprised at how messy the kitchen area was with how slow they were vs. all the workers back there. The sign outside said "New Management"......... Hmmmmm, ok.

Well, I ordered 2 pumpkin pies and as my son was getting his food they said it would be 10 minutes on pies. I said ok......... I had to go up there 3 times asking for my pies and on the 3rd try I got my pies 24 minutes later. I feel as if I would have never gotten them if I didn't keep going up there! Oh well, we were not in a hurry and enjoyed people watching inside. There was a girl that keep coming in begging for money while her boy friend sat outside. She hit me up 2 different times......... Fun, fun........

3 stars is pretty generous but the employees were nice and my son liked his food.

This store sucks, we've been trying to order milk shakes here for a MONTH and they always say that the machine isnt working. We used to work with this food chain, just clean the hell out of it so it will function. Ugh such an inconvenience.

I don't usually go to McDonald's but this is probably the worst one I've ever been to.

I ordered the "signature" crafted Pico Guacamole sandwich and I received an extremely poorly made, cold sandwich. It didn't even have cheese in it and I had to tell them to fix it.

Stopped here on my lunch break this afternoon. Pulled up to the drive through to be greeted with a request to hold, which I did. For upwards of five minutes while listening over the order speaker to coworkers cutting up, twice saying, "hello" and getting wholly ignored.

Finally told to go ahead with my order, which was simple, straightforward, a snackwrap meal and drink, was told to pull to the second window and was told there that there was not an order on the screen. If they'd responded when I spoke up, twice and said "sorry, one second more"; if they'd manage to turn off the microphone while cutting up; or if they'd actually offered up something other than "I don't have an order listed", I'd not be so annoyed. I stopped there not for good food but for consistent food. Didn't even get to the point of even seeing the food.

Won't promise it will be a cold day in hell before going there but that's only because as far as truly inexpensive food, it's this store, White Castle, or Subway.

I went to McDonald's on second street and went thru drive thru we made a purchase and asked for a cup of water and they wanted .27cents for water and wanted to charge for sauce. I have never been charged extra for any thing when making a purchase. That is t ppl totally ridiculous I'm am really pissed and angry and will not go back there ever. They also messed up the order.
