Love this place in Cornelius. It's like coming home. Excellent service and they remember you always. Food is good and a wide selection. They seat you where you want so you're comfy. Highly recommended.

I will not give any stars of any kind.my friend and I went tonight for dinner.we ordered our sodas and my friend got hers but it took 20 minutes to get mine.when we ordered I told our male server I think his name is juan that I'm allergic to peppers and onions and no beans of any kind.he said there isn't any peppers or onions.ok.
I got my plate and was having shredded beef enchiladas.i take a bite and there's green peppers loaded in it.i tell the server again I can't have onions and peppers and he told me its in their mix and it comes that way.i again said i told you i was allergic and he wanted to argue that i didn't.so he sent a female server to bring me a menu to order something else but i was told its in everything .so i said i dont want anything.we had chips and salsa which is free and i didnt eat the salsa.my friend asked for guacamole.we weren't told it costs $7.00.my friend was treated nice and with lots of friendly.i was treated like trash,ignored,and argued with.i refused to pay for the guacamole and was told well we removed your dinner.yeah cause i couldnt eat it.i was treated rudely,nasty,argued with,and felt discriminated .i will never ever eat there again.the service was garbage.i did video record it due to the way i was treated.our server was very rude and nasty .

This is one of my favorite places for Mexican. I've been going here for several years, and it's always consistent. Portions are large, and food arrives hot (both in restaurant and delivery). Nice selections too. They have good guacamole and chips, and I love their nachos.

Still one of the best ambiences for a mexican restaurants in the area, you will receive excellent service and large quantities of delicious food with a constant smile. I would highly recommend the fajitas and house margaritas.

We were hungry for some Mexican food and this place is a good place to sit relax and sip on a tasty margarita which we had a tamarindo it's delicious first came out the complementary chips and salsa along with frijoles which was creamy and great for dipping the chips into we had a molcajete which is a bowl made from cinder it's hot and filled with all kinds of goodness like shrimp, steak , chorizo, quest fresco, grilled onions jalapeños mushrooms and other stuff in a creamy sauce we also ordered the crispy tacos which I don't really recommend unless you can eat them quickly because hey get soggy and fall apart and also the shells are like the ones from a box and tasted a bit stale I needed more salsa but after 15 min our waitress was awol so I decided to get up and go ask for myself and whaddaya know she's at our table moving on the beans were creamy and good the rice fluffy and tasty and a chicken mole plate it away okay well after the $85 not cheap but we did enjoy the ambience and company of family still think they could be better . Don't waste your time on this one. The food was absolutely disgusting, the staff was pleasant enough but I felt sick almost as I was eating it. I ordered carne asada tacos and the meat I got wasnt even carne asada. If the food would of been good I wouldnt be bothered, but what I did get was so dry and tough, and had absolutely no flavor. Barely salt and pepper. The only thing I would say was "edible" was the nachos we had as an appetizer. My whole family felt sick the next day. DONT GO HERE.

More traditional than expected. Ordered burritos and they were open ended and covered in sauce, was not expected. Food is always good

The food was great and the service was just as good. The chips and salsa was fresh and the waitress was nice enough to bring me out two different choices of salsa that were spicy, we got the chicken quesadilla for an appetizer and it was huge! Could have been a full meal! I got the carne asada with rice and beans and asked for it well done almost burnt and they gave me just that the rice and beans were good and so was the guacamole that came with it. The tortillas were also good. My bf got the dulex burrito and it was huge! He really enjoyed it and ate the whole thing. The reason for the 3 stars is because the food made me very sick like the runs and I threw up that night. It lasted for two days! Don't know if it was good poisoning or just something didn't sit right with my stomach.

This place was awesome. Great food and great margs- our server was the best!! I love authentic Mexican food and would definitely come back.
