I had an at-will tow as a result of a motor vehicle accident. I did not call this company police called them as a tow to take my car where I wanted it to go. What turned into a simple Insurance tow from a motor vehicle accident where I handed him my keys and told him to take it to my dealership turned into a multiple day stay at their lot! Instead of taking it where I told them to they decided to take it to their lot. I didn't discover this for days because the accident was on a Friday evening I assumed that my car was safely at my dealership where I told them to take it and didn't find out until later Monday that they had instead towed it to their lot. It then turned into a several day standoff where they held my hostage until my insurance company could pay them to get it out of their lot! The story they told me was that "they never asked me where I wanted it to go!" I'm not sure what kind of a tow company takes the key out of someone's hand and then tows it without asking them where they want their car taken but this never happened. Even if they could not tow it to the dealership I live on five acres of land and would have told them to take it to my property I would never have allowed my insurance to be milked while my car sat on their lot. But I told them specifically where I wanted my car to go so instead of a simple Insurance tow to the destination of my choice this turned into a charge to my insurance company of over $900. There is a name for this and I am going to file a complaint about it as well and just want other people to know

This company tells you one price and then price gougages in the end. The front office staff is rude and condescending. No one should be treated how they treat people. If you can avoid using this company do so to avoid headache and hidden junk fees.

The driver was very rude and and unprofessional. He talked bad about us to our mechanic and told him he was busy and had better things to do. Why in the hell did he take the job ,he sure didn't have a problem taking my money.

Long review but worth the read. My tow truck driver, Marcus, was supposed to take my car straight to the repair shop. At least that's what he told me. I call the repair shop around 11:30 the NEXT day, my car is still not there. Tow truck company did not let me know they were unable to drop my car off the night before. I call Marcus, who picked up my car, he tells me he had another wreck so had to drop my car off at their tow lot.. and I would have to call my insurance or pay another tow fee for them to take it to the repair shop.. when he was already supposed to take it the night before! He ended up talking to his dispatcher and my car was supposed to be dropped at the repair shop within the next hour. Well I call repair shop THREE hours later and my car is still not there! When I call the tow truck company again, I talked to who I assume was the owner. He said my insurance told them to keep my car at their lot which is a totally different story from what Marcus, the driver, told me. Long story short, the owner of the company tried to blame it on my insurance company, would not let me explain anything the entire time we were on the phone and then he hung up on me! I talked to my insurance and they confirmed they definitely DID NOT tell the tow service to keep my car in their lot. My best guess is they wanted to keep my car over the weekend to make some extra money and charge my insurance storage fees. I did talk with the owner again once my car was finally where it was supposed to be, he apologized but still insisted they were told to keep my car at their tow lot but I still don't believe that. Definitely not what I wanted to deal with after being in an accident that may have totaled my car.. Save yourself the hassle & don't go with this tow company.

My truck was towed from Euharlee Road boat ramp. There was no number to call about where my car was towed. I had to call 911 to find out who towed my vehicle. When I finally called this company, the man was rude and had an attitude. They charged me $200 for impounding my car. They had a tow truck pulled up behind my car, I guess to ensure that I didn't take it. I will be sharing my experience with people in this community. No reason for such an exorbitant charge and absolutely no reason for the attitude. I will definitely be looking for another company if I need a tow truck.

My insurance company hired him this morning to tow my motorcyle. I was supposed to be called to meet him with the key to my bike, since my steering column was locked. He showed up and towed my bike without even contacting me, therefore DRAGGING my motorcyle with its locked steering column. Then, was rude to me when I called about it, and was also rude to my friend who I sent over immediately after realizing my bike was being moved without me there. How about some professionalism and communication when you're towing my pride and joy?

Wow! An honest mechanic! Needed some help this afternoon when my wife's car died and wouldn't start. He came within 20 minutes and immediately diagnosed AND fixed the problem. Matthew (the owner) wouldn't take any money, but when my wife said, "Stay here or else" as she went to the ATM, we BOTH stopped and waited! If you need EXPERT mechanical help, you MUST call them. We give them the highest rating possible! Thanks again Matthew - you saved us some sserious money!!!
