Went last year for mine and my boyfriends anniversary as a treat to this location since we live about an hour away and got the couples massages. Loved loved loved it I had Charlotte and I believe he had Quinn and now this time as another anniversary reward I had Quinn and he had Charlotte. Absolutely loved them both it was the best experience ever I swear they have magic hands. Both very warm and inviting and definitely focused on both of our problem areas. I'll come back again just for these ladies! Once the massages were over we both headed to checkout and the lady said $120 so I gave her $60 cash and my boyfriend was gonna pay for his on his card and we tipped cash separately but then it got confusing cause I didn't realize the first time we went it was new member discounted rate and this time around it was gonna be $120 EACH which no problem this is a treat and so so so worth the experience......however...the sales pitch to get the membership the lady was forcing on us really got confusing and suddenly I wasn't so relaxed anymore. But shoutout to the massage therapists both amazing ladies and I'm looking forward to our next anniversary treat!! And next time to avoid the sales pitch we'll be more prepared for sure with payment and just use one card.

As much as I wanted to enjoy the 90 minute massage here, it was terrible. The room was cold, the table warmer was broken, the massage therapist talked to me the entire time. Felt more like a doctors appointment than a massage. I left and feel like I needed another massage because nothing about it was relaxing. The therapist was nice and professional but not a good fit for me at all. Before I knew it, the time was up and I just felt like the same version of myself when I arrived. Definitely could've spent that $100 on something else.

This place was awesome in Novi. I really enjoyed the massage KT gave me. She really took the time and asked about the areas I really needed worked on. It was very clean. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. I would for sure return.

Very disappointed. I was offered, in addition to my massage, a foot scrub for $16.50. I thought, I'm worth it. I gave her $20.00 and she gave me back $3.00 because she didn't have the .50, no biggie. The massage, I thought was supposed to be at least 50-60 minutes. Well, the girl stopped massaging me after 35 minutes and then started the foot scrub. Hello, I thought the scrub was IN ADDITION TO, not INSTEAD OF. The massage itself was AVERAGE, she didn't even touch my neck, which I told her was very sore. I will never go back and don't suggest you go either. Birmingham location!

This was my first time at MassageLuxe Novi. I booked a facial and a massage. Overall, it was really good, my massage was phenomenal and I have already booked another appointment with the same therapist. My facial was okay, she never introduced herself, I don't believe she even knew my name and she essentially ran out the door when it was over. Little disappointed with that. Not sure if I will get another facial there in the future, but massage I am sold.

I have been a monthly regular at massageluxe for over five years, and have been there consistently because of my therapist. I love my therapist, she is phenomenal. She is thoughtful to provide the right amount of heat and pressure for all my aches and pains. She includes scented oils to help me relax. There are a few massage therapists that are really good here, but you always should find the one that works best for you.

The inconsistency that I do experience is with the front desk, as a regular member I have not seen the front desk help be consistent. They seem to have an extremely high turnover (rarely do you see the same person from on month to the next), and they often seem to forget to do things that they tell me they would. For example, call me back, enter my name into drawings, keep track of earned additional time. This is why I would give them a 4 star rather than a 5 star review. I have been annoyed with the front desk numerous times over the years, but the quality of their therapists is what keeps me coming back.

They also have great facials and add-ons that are worth checking out too.

Everyone is very friendly. I did ask for a deep tissue massage but it was very light, so I'm trying a new massage therapist next time I go. Overall I'd recommend massage luxe.

I received a gift card and recently visited the Novi Location everything from the initial phone call to the massage exceeded my expectations. Alyssa went above and beyond to listen to my needs and fit me in the same day with an awesome therapist named KT - I prefer deep tissue and KT did just that. I left feeling very relaxed & very much looking forward to my next visit. I signed up for the monthly membership and they offer great perks and I look forward to future visits. I highly recommend.

Full disclosure,, I'm a nurse now but was a massage therapist. I don't share this info with my therapist because it doesn't matter, I'm there for their technique.

YOU ARE AMAZING!!! I already told you, your towel game is top notch. ( my feet were cold during session and she covered them with hot towels and rubbed them)! I loved the body techniques you pulled out!!! Stretching, pressure point, deep tissue, and neck work.... girl you got this!!! Thank you so much for today!!!
Also, I love this place. All staff is kind.
Hydrotherapy bed is a must must.
Tina for the win on my bikini wax ( and not over charging me ), 100% different than first from another business.
Worth it to have a membership,, easy ways to gain free minutes.

Good massages at a very reasonable price my friend recommended me going and it was definitely worth it
