Yelp, you did not let me down with this one. This place is amaze-balls. I got a couple's massage with my man who's not my man yet lol and I was fairly impressed. I would recommend buying the massages online because it's easy peasy. And tipping in cash.
My masseuse was Julie, I requested medium pressure and that's exactly what I got. I do jiu jitsu and got thrown by a guy 2.5 times my weight and hurt my shoulder blade weeks ago. She got the kink out. Oh Buddha, this lady knows her craft. Respeck.
It's a really tiny massage parlor that looks skeptical from the outside. Parking in the back, accessible via small alley. There was a flickering electrical outlet on the wall inside, but we told them about it. I wonder if it'll still be flickering next time I go.
This place is pretty far from home for me, but it definitely beats out Wi spa for massages. I would say it's better than those Asian places that massage too heavily and leave me sore. I'm waiting to get stressed and come back for another.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 26, 2014
Massage Salon Soleil is tucked away on La Cienega in that row of shops near that strip club and trashy lingerie...
Based on its location, I was a bit worried about what I'd find inside. But because I trust yelp, I went ahead and booked a Valentines Day Package couples massage for me and my bf. The price was just too good to be beat... $130 for a 90 minute couples massage...
They didn't have any availability left over the weekend, but had pretty much everything open on Monday, which was luckily a holiday. It's a small place with room for maybe 4 or 5 people to get massaged at one time. In the front is a small waiting room, then the curtained off massage areas and a bathroom to the back. The space is small, but clean and tidy.
We arrived just before our appointment time, filled in the paperwork (very simple, basic health and preference questions) and were instructed to our room. We were told to remove everything except for our underwear and get under the covers. Don't worry if you are modest, they are careful to make sure your important areas are always covered up. My bf had a female masseuse and I had a male. For some reason we were both expecting Vietnamese masseuses (maybe based on the girl in front and the accent of the girl who took reservations over the phone) but what we got was normal looking Caucasians probably in their late 30s.
I opted for a swedish/deep combo and each part of my body was meticulously attended to. I selected a "medium" massage which was just about right. The 90 minutes went by really quickly; I definitely could have gone for 90 more. I'm no expert on massages, but this one was pretty good and they were definitely professional.
I tipped each of them $20, so all in at $170 it wasn't cheap... but definitely a better deal than you'll find anywhere else in the area. They seem to always have price specials going on to keep their prices reasonable (at full price I probably wouldn't recommend it).
Free parking behind, but it can be tricky to find. Drive south past the Massage and there's a small alley just up to the right.
Oddly there's a sign on the wall that says you can bring in your yelp review to get a free gift. I guess there's nothing ethically wrong with that since you could bring in a 1 star review and they'd still have to give you a gift.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mar 21, 2016
One of the best massages I've ever had. I've been to Casey a few times and he's amazing! He's very knowledgeable and professional. Beds are clean and warm. Music is extra soothing. I bought a 5 massage package for a great deal. Highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to Soleil for a while. Couple years on and off. Awesome pricing for a 90 minute massage, which is what I always do. I've never had a negative experience here. But tonight was next level.
Theresa was probably the best masseuse I've ever had. I told her the normal issues with my body and got a deep tissue massage 90 minute massage. From start to finish was unbelievably good. I'm kinda speechless and I feel utterly fantastic. I highly recommend Soleil and give Theresa a try as well. You won't regret it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nikki L.New Orleans, LA721Nov 4, 2015
Found this place on Yelp, read the reviews... finding a great massage therapist is not an easy thing in LA. But man, did I luck out. Casey is wonderful, I got the 60 minute swedish massage and felt like a million after. Casey is incredibly knowledgeable and worked on some problem areas for me, relieving some tightness and giving me some suggestions to help avoid pain from how I sleep... stomach sleeping... no bueno.
If you care about the actual massage(not candles, spa, fluff) and a massage therapist who knows their stuff and gives a very thorough and therapeutic session... go to Soleil. I will definitely be going back.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Michele K.Los Angeles, CA9513Mar 12, 2017
I just love getting a great massage. Lovely, quiet little place with parking located in the back.
Julia focused on the areas i addressed needed more attention and she made sure I was comfortable with the pressure all the way through. I'll be back again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pamela S.Ontario, CA12110Feb 14, 2016
Salon is peaceful, quiet, and absolutely amazing. My body still feels relaxed but ready to go. I got a couples full body massage and it was worth the price! I loved it so much and we both agreed that we are coming back. Thank you!!!
P.S we came all the way out from Ontario, CA & yes it was worth it!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Robyn T.Los Angeles, CA33666790Sep 27, 2015
For the price this is the best massage. I've been twice for a couples massage with my husband and have happily paid $110 for the two of us to have 60 minute massages.
The exterior is unassuming, and the entry small, but the individual rooms are curtained off, clean and private. Massage therapists listened to our requests for specific need areas and were able to make changes in pressure and focus area.
There's no frills - candles, aromatherapy, or special oils, but that's OK because they are focused on the quality of the massage which I'm just fine with.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tingting P.Los Angeles, CA1226139Jul 2, 2016
We tried a couple massage yesterday the first time. We had a spot to go very often when we lived in San Francisco. It has been difficult to find a place we both love to go in LA.
The place was quiet and clean. Staff are all well trained. It was a bit too mild for both of us, since we loved Thai massage a lot.
It is a great experience for the price though.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Julie L.Claremont, CA32193Jul 29, 2015
This massage place is magical!
The masseuse really know what they are doing and how to work the muscles!
The good: massage package deals are really affordable and totally worth the price!
The bad: none
Try: treat yourself and get a massage!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
