PHEN IS A GEM. She is an overly qualified member of this location's team with international and national experience. She truly offers care, her best quality work, and tailors her service to the individual. She stretched me and massaged me and left me feeling better than I've ever felt after any massage. I cannot recommend her enough.

I haven't been able to use last year's gift card which was given to me as a 2021 Christmas gift. I was always told the earliest opening was 2 1/2 months out. Recently I finally obtain an appointment. I showed up and they have no record of my appointment and when I gave them the name of the lady they told me she no longer works here. That, along with the attitude of not caring about the situation, lead me to believe I will probably not be using this gift card

There's no point in making appointments they Canceled my appointment that I had without even calling and telling me the only reason I found out was because I called them and then they tell me it will be 3 weeks until
They have availability with the person I have my appointments with And they had just made my appointment two weeks prior. To get anybody that's good at massages it's very difficult to get an appointment so stay away from this place.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Alright so BOOM! This was my first time ever getting a facial and I highly recommended it! My esthetician was Shry ( Book her she's the BEST and also dope)
Shry was very professional, informative, and gentle. She throughly explained all of her products and how each one of them worked. Her massage techniques are some of the best. It helps that she has really soft gentle touch. Her personality shines through her work and you can tell that she loves what she does. The massage therapist did not do the whole body. I was so looking forward to my abdomen and feet. When I had my consultation it was my understanding that she was to do everything, including my face. I tipped her well without a thank you. Not happy!

Not a fan at all. I did a girls day there 2 facials and 2 massage..traveled to see family from nj. Facials were ok the ladies were nice but didn't extract any blackheads and next morning my face was dry. Massage not good, felt like he didn't know what to do as if he wasn't certified ...pressing very hard on my collar bone area (no muscle there just bone).

So far it has been a bad experience with customer service at the
Augusta Exchange Shopping Center, 210 Robert C Daniel Jr Pkwy Ste E/F, Augusta, GA 30909
I was scheduled for a massage on 4/31/16 @ 6 o'clock and when i get to my appointment on schedule i was not to be found in there sustem. Huge inconvenience! I had to get up from my sleep from working all night to be able and relax with my massage.
I was asked to rechedule with no reimbursements or anything. And a few weeks back the massage theropist wouldn't stop talking or stop bragging on how good she was.... Annoying.
Came to find out she only injured my shoulder more then what it was. I was in pain for 3 days. Place needs a better manager. Or train there employees better. Or even yet, better treat there customers. I work for a huge company that catters to the Masters and ill be sure NOT to speak highly of this place.
Please call me back so i may reschedule my appointment.

So my year is finally up. I signed up for my membership after my first appointment. I was taken to a room to discuss my options. They were friendly but a little pushy on signing you up. Which I get it is a business after all. Anyway it's 39 dollars for your first massage. I usually tip 10 for an hour but I gave her 20 because it was an amazing massage and It was so cheap the first time around.
Anyway I came back monthly and loved it every time. Other than one time I was taken to a room in the back near their lunch room I guess and it was so loud. I could hear them talking and the door open and close. Not so relaxing.
So I started getting their facials too for an additional 39.99 I think. They use Murad products. I was glowing and so relaxed every time I left my appointment. They are flexible with their schedule. I usually got the last appointment during the weekdays(9pm). They close at 10pm which I loved.
But what I hate is that it's only 50 minutes instead of a full hour on the table. And sometimes they had me waiting more than 5 minutes to come in. It doesn't take 10 minutes to get dressed and undressed. Get out of here. Anyway overall I was pleased with my year of monthly massages and facials. I loved everyone I encountered there. The front desk is always so nice.
It's in a busy shopping center. Good parking. Nice waiting room for members. Flexible scheduling. Sometimes they have you waiting a little past your appointment which I didn't like too much, but they have to clean the rooms so I understood. They offer water and/or tea. Very clean. They use great products and have good hygienic protocol, which is a must for me. Heated blankets on tables which I loved. Nice soothing music playing. The level of quality COMPLETELY depends on which masseuse you are given. This is the same for ALL Massage Envys. That being said, if you can, ask for ANGELA. I have NEVER had a more thoroughly attentive massage in my life, and I have gone to countless others. She is the only one who truly worked on what I asked for. Lastly, DO NOT Waste your time with the facials. They use a system that you can buy and do at home on your own. I have no doubt that they probably work, but only if you went once a week. It's NOT the facials one envisions. Overall, my husband and i are thankful to finally have an Envy

It's amazing that almost every time I have an appointment or book an appointment there are issues here. Last week I stopped by to schedule some appointments since I have 14 accrued scheduled 4 appointments including some stretching. I get back to work and I get a call that they need to reschedule all of those appointments. Really why did I waste 30 minutes scheduling them. Every good therapist leaves so there is no consistency. You have to book days in advance and sometimes that's hit or miss. Today is icing on the cake I book a 60 minute massage with muscle enhancement and when I check I'm I'm told that the therapist has sinus issues and can't use the muscle enhancement cream. Well why book her with that service ?
I can't cancel my membership or I'll lose the 14 massages. It costs me to give them away, they don't let you freeze your membership anymore. For GOD Sake get it together please
My other pet peeve is the fact they advertise a one hour massage. I totally understand why the massage is only 50 minutes, but don't advertise a one hour massage.
With all my griping the new therapist I had today Alahna was outstanding and gave me a great massage, let's see how long she sticks around lol
